The Johnstown Galleria is a two-level shopping mall in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. [1] [8] It is anchored by Boscov's and J. C. Penney. [9]
Boscov's opened before the mall on September 19, 1992, and was the chains first store constructed in Central/Western Pennsylvania. [10] The Johnstown Galleria was built by Zamias Services, Inc. and opened on October 22, 1992, with space for a fifth anchor that was never filled. [2] [3] [11] It opened with anchors Bon-Ton, Boscov's, J. C. Penney, and Sears. [11] The Boscov's, former Bon-Ton, and former Sears buildings are independently owned. [2] [12] [5] Zamias sold the mall to Gemini Real Estate Advisors for $57 million in 2008, but remained as management. [2] [13]
Steve & Barry's had a small format store open for a short time at the mall in the late 2000s. [14] [15] Adar Johnstown Limited Liability Corporation purchased the property the mall is located on in 2014. [16] Pax Mall Realty settled a tax dispute with Cambria County over the value of the Boscov's anchor in 2017. [17] Bon-Ton closed at the mall in late April 2018 and was the first anchor to close in the Galleria. [18] [19] Sears closed in summer 2018. [20] [21] The mall's owners in 2018 won a tax reassessment from the Richland School District in court, reducing the mall's value from $6.5 to $3 million. [22] Parking lot and road conditions were reported as poor in March 2019. [23]
Spinoso Real Estate Group took over management from Zamias Services, Inc. on February 1, 2020, due to the mall entering receivership. [12] ADAR Johnstown Limited Liability Co., the owner of the mall's property, owed $14.6 million and stopped mortgage payments in October 2019. [12] [9] The Galleria was scheduled to be sold at a tax sale on September 14, 2020, due to owing $1.1 million in taxes. [24] It was later removed from the sale due to the mall's owner, Adar Johnstown, LLC, setting up a payment plan. The Galleria was to go for sheriff's sale on December 11, 2020, but that was later delayed. [25] [26]
The mall served as a COVID-19 vaccination site in early 2021. [27] The Johnstown Galleria was sold at sheriff's sale to the U.S. Bank National Association for $238,718 on September 10, 2021. The grand opening of the mall portion of Pittsburgh Mills was on July 14, 2005.
Neshaminy Mall is a 1,025,297-square-foot (95,253 m2) shopping mall located at U.S. Route 1 and Bristol Road in Bensalem Township, Pennsylvania. The mall was opened in 1968 and was the sixth interior mall constructed in Greater Philadelphia. The Neshaminy Mall is anchored by Boscov's and AMC Theatres and has 40 shops and eateries including a food court that was opened in 1989 and retailers including Barnes & Noble.

TownMall of Westminster, formerly Cranberry Mall, is a shopping mall located in Westminster, Maryland, United States on Maryland Route 140, 30 miles northwest of Baltimore. The Marketplace at Steamtown is a shopping mall in Scranton, Pennsylvania. United States. It was conceived in the mid-1980s as the keystone of downtown revitalization, though the project was not completed until 1993. Its opening in 1993 was nationally televised on CNN and attended by then-Pennsylvania Governor Robert P. Casey, Sr., who was instrumental in securing funding for and initiating development of the mall. The mall is built on approximately half of the former Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad yard that was abandoned by Conrail in the late 1970s. The mall is located on Lackawanna Avenue in the heart of downtown Scranton, and includes a parking garage that stretches the length of the mall between Boscov's and the former The Bon-Ton. The mall has two levels with a food court overlooking Steamtown National Historic Site on the second floor. There is a pedestrian bridge leading from the food court out to Steamtown. The mall was featured several times on the NBC sitcom The Office which was set in Scranton.

Richland Town Center is a power center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located on U.S. Route 219 at Elton Road and Theatre Drive. The center opened in 2004 on the site of the former Richland Mall. Existing from 1974 to 1998, Richland Mall was an enclosed shopping mall whose anchor stores were Sears, Kmart, and Penn Traffic; Sears later became Hills and then Ames, while Penn Traffic later became Hess's and then The Bon-Ton. Richland Mall was shuttered in 1998 after losing business to The Johnstown Galleria which opened in 1992. Richland Mall was then torn down and redeveloped as a strip mall, which features Walmart, TJ Maxx/HomeGoods, Best Buy, and Ulta as its anchor stores.
Marley Station Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Opened in 1987, it was expanded in 1994 and 1996. The mall has 130 stores on 2 floors, a movie theater, and 5 anchor spaces. JCPenney, Macy's, and Golds Gym serve as the mall's current anchor tenants. The other two anchor spaces were occupied by Boscov's until 2008, and Sears until 2021.
Meadowbrook Mall is a regional shopping mall in Bridgeport, West Virginia. It was built in late 1982 by the Cafaro Company of Youngstown, Ohio. The original architecture and engineering was done by the Keeva J. Kekst company. The mall includes five anchor stores, JCPenney, Target, Marshalls, Boscov's and a Cinemark theater. Former anchors include Elder-Beerman, Ames, Murphy's Mart, Stone & Thomas, The Bon-Ton, Sears, Montgomery Ward, and Joann. Marshalls was added in 2008. ULTA Beauty opened here in 2015. The mall has a gross leasable area of 849,206 square feet (78,894 m2) and 109 stores, classifying it as super-regional according to the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2023, Boscov's announced that a store will open at the mall in the later part of the year, replacing the former Sears and nearby mall stores. This will be Boscov's 50th store and first location in West Virginia.
