Therme Group is a wellness infrastructure company that operates spa, sauna, and indoor water park complexes in Europe. [1] [2] [3] [4] It has a location in Bucharest, Romania, [5] and has announced plans for resorts in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. [1] [2] [3] [4]

In July 2024, the company stated that construction on Therme Manchester would begin in 2025.

In 2024, Therme Group acquired Therme Erding,using a €320 million funding received from Macquarie Capital’s Principal Finance team with its own equity. [6] [7]

Aquapark Tatralandia Holiday Resort is the biggest aqua-park in Slovakia and one of the biggest in Central Europe. It is located 4 km north-west from town Liptovský Mikuláš in Ráztoky, on the north bank of dam Liptovská Mara. The source of the thermal water is a mineral spring coming from a 2500m deep bore with temperature of 60.7 °C. There are 9 thermal pools, 6 of them are open all year-round; while 2 of them are covered, with water temperature around 38 °C. Located in the close proximity of the Tatra Mountains, the waterpark resort is open daily from 10am-10pm, and is open most of the year.

The Harold Holt Memorial Swimming Centre is a public swimming pool complex located on the corner of High Street and Edgar Street, Glen Iris, Melbourne, Australia. Built in the 1960s by Australian architects Kevin Borland and Daryl Jackson, the Swimming Centre is considered to be a fine example of Brutalist architecture. Originally built in 1927 as a municipal swimming baths, the facilities were renovated in 1967 by Borland and Jackson to accommodate for higher swimming participation numbers. It is named in honour of Prime Minister Harold Holt, the local member of parliament until his apparent drowning death while the facility was under construction.
