Thirumangalam block is a revenue block in the Madurai district of Tamil Nadu, India. It has a total of 38 panchayat villages.

The Madurai district is the ninth largest in population of the 32 districts of the state of Tamil Nadu in southeastern India. The city of Madurai serves as the district headquarters.
