"This Is It" is a song by singer-songwriter Ryan Adams from his 2003 album Rock n Roll . The song was co-written with Johnny T. Yerington [1] and released as a single in 2004. [2]

Contents

A music video for "This Is It", directed by Dominic J. DeJoseph, was produced in 2004. [3] It features concert footage of Adams and his band performing the song.

An acoustic version of the song was released as a b-side, [4] while a mellower, re-recorded version with The Cardinals can be found on the 2007 EP Follow The Lights . [5]

B-sides

A number of non-album tracks were released as b-sides on the various "This Is It" singles, including "Red Lights", "Closer When She Goes", "Twice As Bad As Love", [6] "Funeral Marching", and "Liar". [7] All of these songs are outtakes from Rock n Roll , [8] with the exception of "Twice As Bad As Love", which comes from the sessions for Love Is Hell . [9]

Pneumonia is the third and final studio album by the alternative country band Whiskeytown, released on May 22, 2001 on Lost Highway Records. The album is noted for its troubled history which saw the band lose its record deal in the midst of the merger between Polygram and Universal Music Group, and the already volatile band fell apart as a result. The album sat on the shelf for nearly two years and it was said that over 100 songs were recorded during the 3 years. It was bootlegged heavily and gained a reputation as a great "lost" record from fans, before getting released by Lost Highway Records as something of an appetizer for Ryan Adams' 2001 album Gold.

American musician Santi White, better known by her stage name Santigold, has released three studio albums, two mixtapes, one extended play (EP), and twenty-two singles. White's discography under the name Santogold consists of her eponymous debut album, six singles, one mixtape, and four music videos, all of which were released in 2008, except the single "Creator", which was released in late 2007. "Slug" is a song by Passengers, a side project of rock band U2 and musician Brian Eno. It is the second track on Passengers' only release, the 1995 album Original Soundtracks 1. The track was originally titled "Seibu" and was almost left off the album before it was rediscovered later during the recording sessions. I Love Rock n Roll 1975 rock single

"I Love Rock 'n' Roll" is a rock song written by Alan Merrill and Jake Hooker and first recorded by the Arrows, a British rock band, in 1975. A 1981 cover version by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, released as the first single from her album of the same name, became Jett's highest-charting hit, reaching number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and becoming the No. 3 song for 1982. The single was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, representing two million units shipped to stores. Jett's version was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2016.
