Timothy Antoine is the governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank. [1]
Aruba,officially the Country of Aruba,is a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands physically located in the mid-south of the Caribbean Sea,about 29 kilometres (18 mi) north of the Venezuela peninsula of Paraguanáand 80 kilometres (50 mi) northwest of Curaçao. It measures 32 kilometres (20 mi) long from its northwestern to its southeastern end and 10 kilometres (6 mi) across at its widest point. Together with Bonaire and Curaçao,Aruba forms a group referred to as the ABC islands. Collectively,these and the other three Dutch substantial islands in the Caribbean are often called the Dutch Caribbean,of which Aruba has about one-third of the population. In 1986,it became a constituent country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands,and acquired the formal name the Country of Aruba.
The British Virgin Islands (BVI),officially the Virgin Islands,is a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean,to the east of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands and north-west of Anguilla. The islands are geographically part of the Virgin Islands archipelago and are located in the Leeward Islands of the Lesser Antilles and part of the West Indies.
The CaymanIslands is a self-governing British Overseas Territory,and the largest by population. The 264-square-kilometre (102-square-mile) territory comprises the three islands of Grand Cayman,Cayman Brac and Little Cayman,which are located to the south of Cuba and northeast of Honduras,between Jamaica and Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula. The capital city is George Town on Grand Cayman,which is the most populous of the three islands.
Montserrat is a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean. It is part of the Leeward Islands,the northern portion of the Lesser Antilles chain of the West Indies. Montserrat is about 16 km (10 mi) long and 11 km (7 mi) wide,with roughly 40 km (25 mi) of coastline. It is nicknamed "The Emerald Isle of the Caribbean" both for its resemblance to coastal Ireland and for the Irish ancestry of many of its inhabitants. Montserrat is the only non-fully sovereign full member of the Caribbean Community and the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States.
A lieutenant governor,lieutenant-governor,or vice governor is a high officer of state,whose precise role and rank vary by jurisdiction. Often a lieutenant governor is the deputy,or lieutenant,to or ranked under a governor —a "second-in-command",rather like deputy governor. In Canadian provinces and in the Dutch Caribbean,the lieutenant governor is the representative of the monarch in that jurisdiction,and thus outranks the head of government,but for practical purposes has virtually no power.
The Governor of the Virgin Islands is the representative of the British monarch in the United Kingdom's overseas territory of the British Virgin Islands. The governor is appointed by the monarch on the advice of the British government. The role of the governor is to act as the de facto head of state,and is responsible for appointing the premier and the executive council.

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) is the central bank for the Eastern Caribbean dollar and is the monetary authority for the members of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS),with the exception of the British Virgin Islands,Guadeloupe and Martinique. Two of its core mandates are to maintain price and financial sector stability,by acting as a stabilizer and safe-guard of the banking system in the Eastern Caribbean Economic and Currency Union (OECS/ECCU.)
The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) is a development bank that helps Caribbean countries finance social and economic programs in its member countries. CDB was established by an Agreement signed on October 18,1969,in Kingston,Jamaica,and entered into force on January 26,1970. The permanent headquarters of the bank is located at Wildey,St. Michael,Barbados;adjacent to the campus of the Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic. On September 21,2018,the Bank officially opened its Country Office in Haiti,the first outside its Headquarters in Barbados. The Barbados headquarters serves all of the regional borrowing member countries with staff recruited from its member countries.

David Enrique "Quique" Bernier Rivera is a Puerto Rican dentist and politician that has served in various roles in public service in Puerto Rico. The Central Bank of Barbados (CBB) is the national monetary authority and central bank responsible for providing advice to the Government of Barbados on banking and other financial and monetary matters. The Central Bank of Barbados,was established by Act of parliament on 2 May 1972. The monarchy of Grenada is a system of government in which a hereditary monarch is the sovereign and head of state of Grenada. The current Grenadian monarch and head of state,since 8 September 2022,is King Charles III. As sovereign,he is the personal embodiment of the Grenadian Crown. Although the person of the sovereign is equally shared with 14 other independent countries within the Commonwealth of Nations,each country's monarchy is separate and legally distinct. As a result,the current monarch is officially titled King of Grenada and,in this capacity,he and other members of the royal family undertake public and private functions domestically and abroad as representatives of Grenada. The Caribbean Netherlands are the three public bodies of the Netherlands that are located in the Caribbean Sea. They consist of the islands of Bonaire,Sint Eustatius and Saba,although the term "Caribbean Netherlands" is sometimes used to refer to all of the islands in the Dutch Caribbean. In legislation,the three islands are also known as Bonaire,Sint Eustatius and Saba or the BES islands.
