Toomas Kall (pseudonym Uku-Ralf Tobi; born on 16 October 1947 in Tallinn) is an Estonian humorist, caricaturist, writer, scenarist and translator. [1]
1966-1969 he studied history, and 1970-1972 Estonian philology at Tartu State University. From 1971 until 1978, he worked at the newspaper Sirp ja Vasar . From 1980 until 1987, he worked at Vanalinnastuudio. From 1990 until 1994, he was the chief editor of the newspaper Sirp . Since 1994 he is a freelancer.
