Tracy Mills (born 31 May 1962) is a Canadian volleyball player. She competed in the women's tournament at the 1984 Summer Olympics. [1]

His 1964 victory is considered one of the greatest Olympic upsets because he was a virtual unknown going into the event. He was the first non-European to win the Olympic event and remains the only winner from the Americas. A United States Marine, Mills is a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe.

He represented New Zealand at the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games over two decades, competing in the shot put and discus throw.
