Tracy Mills (born 31 May 1962) is a Canadian volleyball player. She competed in the women's tournament at the 1984 Summer Olympics. [1]

He was the first non-European to win the Olympic event and remains the only winner from the Americas. A United States Marine, Mills is a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe.
