Veil is the fourth studio album by American noise rock band Band of Susans. After establishing their "classic-line up" with their previous album The Word and the Flesh (1991), and recording the EP Now (1992), the band aimed for a new, more sonic and experimental direction on Veil, after the more song-centirc approach to The Word and the Flesh. Recording the album in early 1993, Veil shows the band expand the margins of their sound with a more experimental approach. The album was described as "smokey" by one critic and an "epic swell of guitar and noise" by another. The album has been said to combine "R&B rhythms with crushed sonic shards," and has been compared to, and is sometimes considered to be shoegazing music.
Mike Farris is an American musician. He was the founder and lead singer of Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies but has been a solo act since 2001. He has put out four studio releases as well as a one live record as Mike Farris and the Roseland Rhythm Revue, as well as a charity EP as Mike Farris and the Cumberland Saints. His music is diverse but tends to be rooted in early American gospel and blues. He released the album Silver & Stone on September 7, 2018 to critical acclaim.

The label is best known for releasing Shocking Pinks' Guilt Mirrors and has released material by Black City Lights, We Are Temporary, Ruane Maurice and Empathy Test.
Stars in Stereo was an American alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 2011, fronted by American singer, songwriter, and guitarist Rebecca "BECCA" Emily Hollcraft. The band also featured guitarist Jordan McGraw, drummer Drew Langan, rhythm guitarist Ryan "Frogs" McCormack, and bassist Justin Siegel until 2013, when Frogs replaced Justin Siegel on bass, who left to pursue other interests. The band came together after McGraw, McCormack, Langan, and Justin Siegel's band, City (Comma) State, broke up. The group released their eponymous debut album, Stars in Stereo, on April 9, 2013, and their subsequent album, Leave Your Mark, on June 17, 2014, through their own indie record label, Hundred Handed Inc.
