Redditch is a town, and local government district in north-east Worcestershire, England, approximately 15 miles (24 km) south of Birmingham. The district has a population of 85,000 as of 2019. In the 19th century it became the international centre for the needle and fishing tackle industry. At one point 90% of the world's needles were manufactured in the town and its neighbourhoods. In the 1960s it became a model for modern new town planning.

The academy has two campuses, the Thorpe Campus in Thorpe-le-Soken, and Frinton Campus situated in Frinton-on-Sea. GCSE English Language and Maths can only be taken alongside an A level programme as resits. The college was ranked as the 17th-best sixth-form college in 2012, has the best A-Level performance of any state-funded institution in Shropshire, and has been awarded 'Beacon Status'. The college's Welsh Bridge campus includes buildings of Grade II-listed status originally built in 1910 to house the Priory Grammar School for Boys.
All Hallows' Catholic College is a Roman Catholic co-educational secondary school and sixth form in Macclesfield in Cheshire, England. It educates approximately 1200 children between 11 and 18 years of age. The college became a voluntary academy on 1 January 2013 replacing the former voluntary aided status, and is supported by its trustees, the Catholic Diocese of Shrewsbury. The school opened as All Hallows' Catholic High School in 1962 and the first head teacher was Mr. William Blackledge, who was followed by Mr. Richard K. Weremczyk. The current Principal is Mr. T Beesley. The school was renamed a college following designation as a specialist college for business and enterprise with ethics in 2006. The additional specialism of languages was added in 2010 and the college is now a faith school specialising in Business, Ethical Enterprise and Languages. All Hallows is a National Support School. It is also the National Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme (TEEP) Champion Centre, and is a partner in three Teaching School Alliances.

Tudor Grange Academy Worcester is a mixed secondary school in Worcester, Worcestershire, England. It occupies the site of the former Elgar Technology College that was disbanded following its inability to improve under the special measures received from Ofsted. Tudor Grange Academy Trust then sponsored the school, renamed it after the Solihull school named "Tudor Grange Academy Solihull" and heavily renovated the site. The new academy was established in 2009 and was the second academy school of its type to be set up in England, opening for the new school year in September. Work on refurbishing the buildings was scheduled to begin in April 2011, to be supervised by the Worcester Council Children's Services Department, and was expected to be completed in early 2013. Some of the new premises were expected to be ready for student use by late 2012.
