Tuhin Das (born 7 March 2000) is a footballer from West Bengal, India. He plays as a defender for the East Bengal Club after getting into a pre-contract agreement for the 2022 football season. [1] [2] He has also represented the West Bengal state football team. [3] He was part of the West Bengal Football Team in the Santosh Trophy 2021-22 campaign where they ended up runners-up after losing to Kerala in the Final. [4] [5] He scored the lone goal in the 1-0 win for the Bengal Santosh Trophy runner's up team friendly against ATK Mohun Bagan as part of the latter's preparation for the AFC Cup. [6]

The 2021–22 season was the club's second season since the merger of the brand of ATK FC with Mohun Bagan AC in 2020, and their second season in the Indian Super League. The club though initially participated in the 123rd edition of the Calcutta Football League, later withdrew before the start of their campaign.

The 2022–23 season was the 103rd season of East Bengal Football Club and their third season in the Indian Super League, the top flight of Indian football. The Indian football season started in August and ended in April. During the season, East Bengal competed in the Durand Cup and got eliminated in the group stage, they finished fourth in the Calcutta Football League, had a ninth-place finish in the Indian Super League and got eliminated in the group stage of the Super Cup.

The 2022–23 season was the club's third season in Indian Super League. Due to lengthened schedule of 2022 AFC Cup, the knockout stage is moved to 2022–23 season from 2021–22 season as it is to be played in September 2022. Club also took place in 2022 Durand Cup and 2023 Indian Super Cup.
