Twenty Twenty is the debut studio album by the American actor and singer-songwriter Joe Keery, released under his alias Djo. It was independently released on September 13, 2019, and was supported by three singles: "Roddy", "Chateau (Feel Alright)", and "Mortal Projections".

The lead single, "Roddy", was released on July 19, 2019. [3] The second single, "Chateau (Feel Alright)", was released on August 9, 2019. [4] The third and final single, "Mortal Projections", was released on August 30, 2019.

Reception

The album received mostly positive reviews from critics. [3] [5] Mariel Fetchik of Atwood Magazine praised the album's instrumentation, noting the heavy influence of 1960s-era psychedelic rock. [6] Rhian Daly, in a review for NME , gave the album 4 out of 5 stars, comparing it favorably to the work of Tame Impala. [2]

It was self-released under AWAL on September 16, 2022, and served as the follow-up to his previous album, Twenty Twenty (2019). Keery and Adam Thein entirely wrote and produced the album during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and recorded it at The Sound Factory in Los Angeles in late 2021. Marking a departure from his previous psychedelic rock sound, Decide is a synth-pop, synthwave, and alt-pop album. The lyrical content focuses on Keery's reflections on several themes and his anxiety about changes and identity.

The Crux is the upcoming third studio album by the American actor and musician Joe Keery, under his alias Djo. It will be released independently under AWAL on April 4, 2025, and will serve as the follow-up to his previous album, Decide (2022). Keery co-produced The Crux with his frequent collaborator Adam Thein at Electric Lady Studios in New York City. The lead single, "Basic Being Basic", was released on January 24, 2025. The album will be supported by the Back to You Tour in 2025.
