Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) is an Indonesian free-to-air television network. It was launched on 24 August 1990 in Surabaya, East Java as Surabaya Centra Televisi, broadcasting to the city and its surrounding area. At first, the programming was similar to that of RCTI, broadcasting foreign shows and some of RCTI news programs until they could produce their own. On 30 January 1993, SCTV obtained a national license and eventually moved its operations to Jakarta, changing its name to Surya Citra Televisi. Its main offices are located in Central Jakarta, with studios in West Jakarta. It is owned by Surya Citra Media, a publicly-listed subsidiary of the technology company Emtek.
Piala Indonesia is the professional annual cup competition for football clubs in Indonesia. Originally, it started from the semi-professional football era in 1985 as Piala Liga, which ran until 1989 under Galatama competition. The Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) organized the full professional cup competition from 2005 until now. Para Pencari Tuhan is an Indonesian television series created by Deddy Mizwar. The series focuses on a musalla caretaker Bang Jack and people living around him as they learn to practice Islamic value in their lives. It is first aired on 16 September 2007. It is aired only every Holy month of Ramadan, during suhur on 03:00–04:30 WIB in Season 1–6, and 03:00–04:00 WIB in Season 7–present and during iftar on 18:00–19:00 WIB on SCTV. This show also features a Telequiz. As of 2023, the series had 453 episodes and is airing its sixteenth season which premiered on 23 March 2023. In 2023, it received a record for Longest Continuous Ramadan Religion Series from Indonesian World Records Museum.
The Piala Presiden is an annual pre-season association football tournament held in Indonesia and organized by the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI). Liga 1 and Liga 2 clubs are entitled to participate. The inaugural tournament was held in 2015 to fill the vacuum of the Indonesia Super League when Indonesia was suspended by FIFA for government interference. The most recent tournament was held in 2022.

Dilan 1990 is a 2018 Indonesian coming of age romantic drama film. It is based on the novel Dilan: Dia adalah Dilanku Tahun 1990 by Pidi Baiq. The film stars Iqbaal Ramadhan and Vanesha Prescilla as the main roles, with some high-profile names in supporting, minor, or cameo roles; Farhan, Happy Salma, Adhisty Zara of idol group JKT48, and Ridwan Kamil, the then-Mayor of Bandung. The film has been watched by 6.3 million people, and is the best-selling Indonesian film of 2018 and the second best-selling Indonesian film of all time, just behind Warkop DKI Reborn: Jangkrik Boss! Part 1 with 6.8 million viewers. The film is followed by a sequel, Dilan 1991, which was released on 28 February 2019.
Hanifan Yudani Kusumah is an Indonesian pencak silat practitioner. He won a gold medal in the 2018 Asian Games, after previously winning a bronze medal in the 2017 SEA Games.

Milea: Suara dari Dilan is an Indonesian language 2020 romantic drama film directed by Fajar Bustomi and Pidi Baiq, and written by Baiq and Titien Wattimena. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Baiq and is the sequel to Dilan 1991 released in 2019. The film is a spin-off, having its point of view from Dilan and displaying events uncaptured in the previous two films. The film was distributed to Netflix on 13 June 2020, and premiered on SCTV on 25 August 2020.
Three Sassy Sisters is a 2016 Indonesian musical film directed by Nia Dinata. The film starred Tara Basro, Shanty, and Tatyana Akman as the three sisters. It was inspired by 1956 film Tiga Dara by Usmar Ismail.
Keluarga Cemara or Cemara's Family is a 2019 Indonesian family film adapted from the 1996 TV series of the same title by Arswendo Atmowiloto. The film stars Ringgo Agus Rahman, Nirina Zubir, Zara JKT48, and Widuri Putri Sasono as a family who is forced to live in a remote village following the patriarch's bankruptcy.
The 39th Citra Awards, presented by Indonesian Film Board and Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, honored the achievement in Indonesian cinema released from 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019. The ceremony was held on 8 December 2019 at the Opus Ballroom, The Tribata, Jakarta, Indonesia, and presented by journalist Rory Asyari and announcer Melissa Karim.

Jefri Nichol is an Indonesian actor and model. He is widely known following his role in Dear Nathan (2017). Born in Jakarta, he began his career as an advertising model and entered the acting world by playing a supporting role in a television miniseries in 2013.
