Tyler Bunz (born February 11, 1992) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender who last played as a prospect within the Edmonton Oilers organization of the National Hockey League (NHL). Bunz was selected by the Edmonton Oilers in the 5th round (121st overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. [1]
On March 19, 2012, the Oilers signed Bunz to a three-year entry-level contract. [2]
On March 22, 2014, Bunz was hit in the throat by a puck, leading to a life-threatening injury. He recovered from his injury without needing surgery and resumed his playing career. [3]
In the 2014–15 season, on April 2, 2015, Bunz made his NHL debut against the Los Angeles Kings. He substituted in for Ben Scrivens, who had given up 5 goals, to start the third period. Bunz surrendered 3 goals on 12 shots and the Kings routed the Oilers 8–2. [4] '

Ryan Alexander Borden Smyth is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who played most of his career for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was especially known for playing in the style of a power forward. He has been one of the owners of the BCHL Spruce Grove Saints since 2017.
William Edward Ranford is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender and current director of goaltending for the Los Angeles Kings. He was selected in the third round of the 1985 NHL Entry Draft, 52nd overall, by the Boston Bruins. Over the course of fifteen NHL seasons Ranford played with Boston, the Edmonton Oilers, Washington Capitals, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Detroit Red Wings, winning two Stanley Cups, a Canada Cup, and the 1994 Men's Ice Hockey World Championships while playing for Canada. He is the only goaltender in history to be awarded the MVP of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, Canada Cup/World Cup, & Men's Ice Hockey World Championship.
Alexandre Plante is a Canadian-South Korean professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing for Anyang Halla of the Asia League Ice Hockey (AL). He was selected by the Edmonton Oilers 15th overall in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft and made his National Hockey League (NHL) debut in 2009–10. He is the son of former professional defenceman Cam Plante, while his brother, Tyler, is a goaltending coach for the Brandon Wheat Kings.
