Umesh Maskey is a Nepalese boxer. He competed in the men's light welterweight event at the 1984 Summer Olympics. [1]

Following the Olympics it was converted to a football stadium. Its current tenant is K Beerschot VA, a Belgian football club. There are no remnants of the Olympic athletics track.

Umesh Vasan Parag is a former field hockey player from New Zealand, who finished in eighth position with the Men's National Team, nicknamed Black Sticks, at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. He won a silver medal with the team at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. Parag plays locally for Wellington, and was also a member of the national squad competing at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He was born and raised in Wellington.
