Cristian Sáinz Castro is a Mexican pop singer. He is the son of actors Verónica Castro and Manuel "El Loco" Valdés, and nephew of actors Ramón Valdés and Germán "Tin-Tan" Valdés. Castro has sold over 12 million copies, making him one of the best-selling Latin music artists of all-time.
Alex Bueno, originally born as Alejandro Wigberto Bueno López, is a singer and guitarist from the Dominican Republic, specializing in merengue and bachata music, but also having ties in salsa, bolero, merengue típico, ballad and more. He broke out onto the scene in his early life and has been on the Dominican music scene for over 40 years. Having been an artist for so long, he has amassed a large fanbase in the Dominican Republic.
Luis Segura, is a popular traditional Dominican singer who refers to himself as 'The Father of Bachata'. He is considered one of the best interpreters of traditional bachata with hits like "Pena por ti", "Dicen", and "No me celes tanto". Segura's first recordings were in the 1960s but it wasn't until his release of "Pena por ti" in the early 1970s that Segura hit stardom.
Gian Marco Javier Zignago Alcóver is a Peruvian musician and actor. He has won the Latin Grammy Award for the Best Singer-Songwriter Album three times. First in 2005 for his album Resucitar, in 2011 for his album Días Nuevos, and in 2012 for his album 20 Años. Gian Marco was named UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in Peru.
María del Socorro Tellado López, known as Corín Tellado, was a prolific Spanish writer of romantic novels and photonovels that were best-sellers in several Spanish-language countries. She published more than 4,000 titles and sold more than 400 million books which have been translated into several languages. She was listed in the 1994 Guinness World Records as having sold the most books written in Spanish, and earlier in 1962 UNESCO declared her the most read Spanish writer after Miguel de Cervantes.
Zacarías Ferreira is a Dominican singer. He is a Bachata artist known worldwide for his hits such as "Es Tan Dificil", "Asesina", "La Mejor de Todas", "Mañana en tu Olvido", "Amiga Veneno", "La Avispa" among others. He is one of the most representative voices in bachata. He is known as "La Voz de la Ternura" because of his soft and melodic voice.

Francisco Ulloa is a famous merengue accordionist, specializing in merengue típico. He is known for his skill and improvisation technique on the accordion, and started his career around the same time as Tatico Henriquez, which some consider to be the godfather of merengue tipico, in the 1970s. He currently resides in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He plays at private festivals, concert halls at home, and also those abroad. His sound would be considered more similar to Fefita la Grande or Agapito Pascual rather than El Prodigio or Grupo Aguakate.

"Nunca Voy a Olvidarte" is a song written by Roberto Belester and first recorded by Mexican grupero band Bronco for their album Salvaje y Tierno (1991). In the song, the protagonist is leaving and vows to never forget the time he spent with his lover. In 1993, Mexican singer-songwriter Cristian Castro covered the song on his album, Un Segundo en el Tiempo. Castro's version peaked at number-one on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart in the United States became his first number-one single.
Grupo Yndio is a Mexican band from Hermosillo, Sonora founded in 1972, by some of the members of the dissolute band Los Pulpos.
Barbarito Díez was a Cuban singer who specialized in danzón. He began his career as the singer for Graciano Gómez and Isaac Oviedo's son group, before joining Antonio María Romeu's orchestra. As the lead vocalist for Romeu's ensemble for 20 years, he established himself as one of the main exponents of the sung danzón. He continued singing with his own charanga, as well as other groups, for another 30 years. He also toured and recorded in Venezuela and Puerto Rico before retiring in the early 1990s, when complications from diabetes prevented him from performing and eventually resulted in his death in 1995. A naturally-gifted tenor, he was known for his sense of rhythm, correct diction and romantic style.
Los Guardianes del Amor were a Mexican band formed in 1992. They were the grupero act with the most nominations for Latin Grammy Award for Best Grupero Album with five, but have never won the award. The band's five original members are Arturo Rodríguez, Óscar Saúl Cervantes, Daniel Poplawsky, Pablo Calderón and Ernesto García.
Mexican entertainer Paulina Rubio has released four video albums and has appeared in fifty-four music videos and three guest appearances. From her debut studio album La Chica Dorada (1992), she released music videos for the singles "Mío" and "Amor De Mujer", all directed by Ángel Flores and released from 1992–93. For the first of these, she earned an nomination ERES Award for Best Video. She followed with three other music videos from her second album 24 Kilates (1993): "Nieva, Nieva", "Él Me Engañó" and "Asunto De Dos", directed by Ángel Flores, Daniel Gruener and Tito Lara, respectively. Rubio's third studio album El Tiempo Es Oro (1995) spawned the singles "Te Daría Mi Vida" and "Nada De Ti", whose music videos was directed by Carlos Marcovich. This was followed by Planeta Paulina's videos: "Siempre Tuya Desde La Raíz", a futuristic video with a concept cosmic and 70's dance, "Solo Por Ti", recorded in a barren desert of Mexico, and "Enamorada", which tells the story of gay couple. The three videos was directed by Tito Lara from 1996-1997.
