Un Segundo en el Tiempo (English: A second in time) is the second studio album by Latin Superstar Mexican Cristian Castro, it was released on July 20, 1993. The album itself did not chart on the Billboard, however, the track, Nunca Voy a Olvidarte , reached #1 on Hot Latin Tracks of 1993.

The 3rd Annual Latin Grammy Awards were held in Los Angeles at the Kodak Theatre on Wednesday, September 18, 2002. Alejandro Sanz was the night's big winner, winning a total of three awards including Album of the Year. The ceremony returned in style after the 2001 ceremony was cancelled because of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks across America, and all presenters apologized to viewers during the broadcast for such.

He is known for his skill and improvisation technique on the accordion, and started his career around the same time as Tatico Henriquez, which some consider to be the godfather of merengue tipico, in the 1970s.
