The USA Women's under-18 3x3 Teams are two of the under-18 3x3 basketball teams under the auspices of the USA Basketball organization. In 2011, International Basketball Federation (FIBA) held the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup. It is an 3x3 under-18 basketball tournament held in every year. But the tournament was not held in 2014 and 2018 due to 3x3 basketball being an event at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics and 2018 Summer Youth Olympics. [1] [2] In 2020, it was not held due to COVID-19 pandemic. [3]

The team won eighth overall 3x3 U18 World Cup title, recently in 2024. [4]
