The Fenestrelle Fortress, better known as the Fenestrelle Fort is a fortress overlooking Fenestrelle. It is the symbol of the Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont, northern Italy. It is the biggest alpine fortification in Europe, having a surface area of 1,300,000 m². The fortress, built by Savoy between 1728 and 1850 under the design of the architect Ignazio Bertola, guards the access to Turin via the Chisone valley and stands at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,800 m. The territory was acquired in 1709 by the Duchy of Savoy after the defeat of the French at Fort Mutin (Fenestrelle).

The Maroggia Tunnel is a railway tunnel in the Swiss canton of Ticino. The tunnel is situated on the eastern bank of Lake Lugano, between Bissone and Maroggia. It forms part of the Swiss Federal Railways Gotthard line, which links Lugano and the north of Switzerland with Chiasso and Italy, between the Melide causeway and Maroggia-Melano station. It is 569 metres (1,867 ft) in length, and carries standard gauge track electrified at 15 kV AC 16 2/3 Hz using overhead contact line.

He won the Cavallo di Leonardo symbol of Milan, for the direction of Best Fashion Movie of the year by Milan Film festival internazionale di Milano on April 2014. The movie was commissioned by Ermanno Scervino and starring Asia Argento. He was selected by Praz-Delavallade to exhibit some fine art photos from the series New Yorker at ART IS HOPE, at Palais de Tokyo in Paris, on November 2013. He uses his photography to create street art works with the paste-up technique. He is the author of the land art exhibition "I Gatti di Rovio", more than 60 art installations in the heart of the town.
