Valentina Costanza (born 27 February 1987) is an Italian middle distance runner and 3000 metres steeplechaseer.

Biography

Costanza won four national titles at senior level. In add of this in 2010, establishing her Personal Best with 9:13.96 in 3000 metres indoor, she had reached the 59th place in the seasonal world lists. [1]

Emma Coburn is an American middle-distance runner who specializes in the 3000 meter steeplechase. At the 2017 World Championships in London, Coburn won the 3000 metres steeplechase with a time of 9.02.58, breaking her own American record. This made her the first American woman to win a gold medal in the steeplechase at the World Championships. Previously, she set an American record of 9:07.63 in the 3000 meter steeplechase to win a bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games. This also made her the first American woman to win any Olympic medal in that event. Her other achievements in the event include earning a silver medal at the 2019 World Championships, reaching the 2012 Olympic final (8th), and the World Championship finals in 2011 (10th) and 2015 (5th). Irene Sánchez-Escribano Figueroa is a Spanish runner competing primarily in the 3000 metres steeplechase. She represented her country at the 2017 World Championships without reaching the final.

Finnish Indoor Athletics Championships

The Finnish Indoor Athletics Championships is an annual indoor track and field competition organised by the Finnish Amateur Athletic Association, which serves as the Finnish national championship for the sport. First held in 1962, the competition was open to non-Finnish athletes and several foreign athletes were crowned as Finnish champions. The championship titles were restricted to Finnish nationals from 1987 onwards, with foreign competitors reduced to guest status only.
