Its music video premiered on her 18th birthday and was shot at the Chapel on the Water and Ochiai Station in Hokkaidō.

The single was a limited purchase, only being sold from March 2007 to May 2007. It charted No. 2 on Oricon and stayed on the charts for fourteen weeks. The single was released the same day as her third compilation album, Best ~Bounce & Lovers~, which was also of limited release.
"Step and Go" is a song recorded by Japanese boy band Arashi. It was released as a CD single in three editions: a regular edition containing instrumental versions of all the songs, a limited edition containing a DVD, and a special "Cubic Box" edition, which was only available to members of the group's official fan club in Japan.
