The Victor Valley is a valley in the Mojave Desert and subregion of the Inland Empire, in San Bernardino County in Southern California.
Palomar College is a public community college in San Diego County, California. The main campus is in San Marcos and three centers and four education sites are located elsewhere throughout north San Diego County. The largest of these by student population is the education center located in Escondido. In 2018, satellite campuses in Rancho Bernardo and Fallbrook opened. The South Education Center in Rancho Bernardo is located on 27 acres at 11111 Rancho Bernardo Road, and the North Education Center in Fallbrook is located on 81 acres at 35090 Horse Ranch Creek Road. Other education sites are located at Camp Pendleton, the Pauma Indian Reservation, and at Ramona High School.
Murrieta Valley High School (MVHS) opened in 1990 as the first four-year comprehensive high school in Murrieta, California. The school is nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Plateau, at the western end of the city. It is operated by the Murrieta Valley Unified School District. MVHS is a California Distinguished School, and is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Coastline Community College is a community college with three mini-campuses in Westminster, Garden Grove and Newport Beach and an administration building in Fountain Valley, California, United States. The college offers Associate in Arts degrees, Associate in Science degrees, courses to prepare students to transfer to a four-year college or university, and career and technical courses that can lead to career advancement and/or an occupational certificate. The college was founded in 1976, and is part of the Coast Community College District. Its sister colleges are Orange Coast College and Golden West College.

Lowell High School was a public high school in the Fullerton Joint Union High School District from September 1961 until June 1980, when it was closed because of declining student enrollment. It was a four-year institution, with students coming primarily from Rancho-Cañada and Starbuck Junior High schools. The school athletic name was the Patriots, and its mascots were known as Johnny Patriot and Janie Patriot.
Walnut High School is located in Walnut, California among the San Jose Hills of the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California. Ranked in the top 100 high schools in America by the Daily Beast Publication - it is also located within the prestigious Walnut Valley Unified School District which has also been ranked by numerous sources to be one of the top public school districts in all of Southern California. The school, which opened its doors in 1973, has a student population of 2,400. The school primarily serves the community of Anaheim Hills as well as parts of East Anaheim and Orange, and was designated a California Distinguished School in 2007 by the California Department of Education. The school's fight song is Washington and Lee Swing. The school is currently ranked as one of the top 1,000 high schools in the United States by Newsweek at number 128, a distinction given to less than 1% of high schools nationally. The school was established in 1989, as part of the Jurupa Unified School District, and the first class graduated in 1992.
