Vanesha Prescilla (born 25 October 1999) is an Indonesian actress, and singer. She is known for her role as Milea in the film trilogy, Dilan 1990 , Dilan 1991 , and Milea: Suara dari Dilan .

Early life

Vanesha Prescilla was born on 25 October 1999 in Jakarta, Indonesia. [1] She is the last of the three children of Iwan Setiawan dan Ida Farida Hanas. Her mother is a renowned singer in the 80s. [2] Her older sister, Sissy Priscillia, is also an actress and model known for the film, Ada Apa dengan Cinta? (2002). Vanesha Prescilla also has an older brother, Jevin Julian, who is a musician. [3]

Career

Vanesha Prescilla started her career by becoming a finalist in the Cover Girl event in 2014. [4]

Dilan 1990 is a 2018 Indonesian coming of age romantic drama film. It is based on the novel Dilan: Dia adalah Dilanku Tahun 1990 by Pidi Baiq. The film stars Iqbaal Ramadhan and Vanesha Prescilla as the main roles, with some high-profile names in supporting, minor, or cameo roles; Farhan, Happy Salma, Adhisty Zara of idol group JKT48, and Ridwan Kamil, the then-Mayor of Bandung. The film has been watched by 6.3 million people. It is the best-selling Indonesian film of 2018 and the second best-selling Indonesian film of all time, just behind Warkop DKI Reborn: Jangkrik Boss!
