RAN is an Indonesian pop rock band formed in Jakarta, Indonesia in November 2006. [1] The group comprises Rayi Putra Rahardjo (vocals/rap), Astono "Asta" Andoko (guitars), and Anindyo "Nino" Baskoro (vocals), the group name taken from the members' initials. [1] [2] Their music combines elements of jazz, R&B, rock, hip-hop, and funk. [2] [3]
They released their debut album, RAN for Your Life, in 2007, from which the successful single "Pandangan Pertama" was taken. [2] [4] They also had a hit with "Dekat di Hati". [5] [6] They have gone on to release four more albums.
In November 2015, they collaborated with Kahitna on the single "Salamku Untuk Kekasihmu Yang Baru". [5]
Putra has also recorded as a solo artist. [7]

Sheila on 7 is an alternative rock band from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. They have changed their lineup several times since their formation on 6 May 1996. Their first lineup consisted of Akhdiyat Duta Modjo, Saktia "Sakti" Ari Seno (guitar), Eross Candra (guitar), Adam Muhammad Subarkah (bass), and Anton Widiastanto (drums). Anton left the group in 2004, while Sakti left in 2006, leaving their current lineup as it is, but with Brian Kresna Putro replacing Anton in the drums until his departure in 2022.

Lyodra Margareta Ginting is an Indonesian singer and actress. She was the winner of the A3 category at the 2017 Sanremo Junior children's international solo singing competition in Sanremo, Italy, and the winner of the tenth season of Indonesian Idol. In both competitions, Lyodra practiced the use of the whistle register, which is the highest range of the human voice. She was listed as the youngest Indonesian Idol champion at the age of 16 years and 256 days. Lyodra was awarded Best Children Female Solo Artist from the 20th Anugerah Musik Indonesia Awards, and Best New Asian Artist in Indonesia from the 2021 Mnet Asian Music Award. In addition, she was nominated for Best Southeast Asian Act at the 2021 MTV Europe Music Awards.
"Hero" is a song by Indonesian pop rock band Noah from their 2014 album Second Chance. It was written by Noah's vocalist Ariel and Indonesian musician Giring Ganesha. It is the first song by Noah that has English lyrics. To record the song, Noah worked with British record producer Steve Lillywhite to produce it. The song was released as the lead single of Second Chance on 6 August 2014.
