Major General Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri (Retd.),AVSM,is an Indian politician. He was Chief Minister of Uttarakhand from 2007 to 2009 and 2011 to 2012. The Bharatiya Janata Party with 31 seats served as the official opposition.
