Viktor Knoch (born 12 December 1989) is a Hungarian Olympic gold medalist short track speed skater. He represented Hungary at four Winter Olympic games in 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2018. [1]

Viktor An, is a South Korean-born Russian short-track speed skating coach and retired short-track speed skater. With a total of eight Olympic medals, six gold and two bronze, he is the only short track speed skater in Olympic history to win gold in every distance, and the first to win a medal in every distance at a single Games. He has the most Olympic gold medals in the sport, three of which he won in the 2006 Winter Olympics and the other three in the 2014 Winter Olympics. Considered to be the greatest short track speed skater of all time, he is a six-time overall World champion, two-time overall World Cup winner, and the 2014 European champion. He holds the most overall titles at the World Short Track Speed Skating Championships, and is the only male short track skater to win five consecutive world titles.
Krisztina Regőczy is a former ice dancer from Hungary. Competing with András Sallay, she won the gold medal at the 1980 World Figure Skating Championships and the silver at that year's Winter Olympics. Regőczy coached in the United States for a number of years before returning to Budapest. She is the figure skating sports director for the International Skating Union.

With her skating partner, Ede Király, she became the 1948 Olympic silver medalist, the 1949 World champion, and a two-time European champion (1948–1949). Born on 17 September 1926, Kékesy died in December 2024, at the age of 98.
Denmark sent a delegation to compete at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Alberta, Canada from 13 to 28 February 1988.
