Against the World is the third studio album by deathcore band Winds of Plague. It was released on April 19, 2011 through Century Media Records. Against the World features guest appearances from members of Hatebreed, Terror, For Today, Stray From the Path, and retired professional wrestler The Ultimate Warrior. The album is described in a press release as "the heaviest-hitting record of the band's already heralded career." "Refined in the Fire" and "California" have been released as singles, and music videos have been released for "Drop the Match," "California," and "Refined in the Fire," breaking the band's prior pattern of having no more than one video released per album. An unreleased song, a cover of The Cranberries song "Zombie", was released with the iTunes Store EP for "California". Stray from the Path

Stray from the Path is an American hardcore punk band formed in 2001 in Long Island, New York. They have released ten full-length albums total. First three records were independently released as People Over Profit in 2002, Audio Prozac in 2003, Our Oceania in 2004. Stray From The Path signed with Sumerian Records and released six records with them; Villains in 2008, Make Your Own History in 2009, Rising Sun in 2011, Anonymous in 2013, Subliminal Criminals in 2015, and Only Death Is Real in 2017. They are currently signed to UNFD and released their first record under the label in 2019 titled, Internal Atomics. They have been seen on tour with bands such as: Architects, Every Time I Die, The Acacia Strain, Terror, Norma Jean, Underoath, The Ghost Inside, For Today, Stick to Your Guns, Bleeding Through, Comeback Kid, and Counterparts.

Slo-Mo-Tion

"Slo-Mo-Tion" is a song by American rock band Marilyn Manson. The song serves as the second single and is also the fifth track from their eighth full-length studio album Born Villain. The title of the song was revealed when Marilyn Manson appeared on That Metal Show in December 2011. The song was first released on May 1, 2012 along with the Born Villain album, and was officially released as the album's second single worldwide August 13, 2012. An EP of remixes was released in Canada via Dine Alone Records on November 6, 2012.

Orfeas is the eighth solo-album by Judge Smith, and his third "songstory" after Curly's Airships (2000) and The Climber (2010). Orfeas is notable because of the use of speech music, where a musical instrument plays along with spoken words at the same pitch of each syllable. The album is also notable because of the variety of musical styles it incorporates, ranging from a string sextet, trance music, acoustic guitar music, and death metal. Finally, the music by the George Orfeas Band is notable because the electric guitar and the saxophones play identical melodic lines simultaneously.

The White Noise

The White Noise was an American punk rock band from Dallas, Texas, later based in Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2009 under the name Set the Sun by guitarist and vocalist David Southern and drummer Alex Summers, the band has gone through many lineup changes. In 2013, Southern was the sole founding member and recruited vocalist Shawn Walker and guitarist Josh "KJ" Strock to form what would eventually become The White Noise.
