Vinnie Hobbs (born March 18 in Okinawa, Japan) is an American film editor known for working with artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Britney Spears, Future, Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, Drake, Kanye West, and Skrillex. [1] He was nominated for MTV's Video Music Award for Best Editing in 2016, 2017 and 2019. [2]

<i>Kiss the Ring</i> 2012 studio album by DJ Khaled

Kiss the Ring is the sixth studio album by American disc jockey and record producer DJ Khaled. It was released on August 21, 2012, by We the Best Music Group, Cash Money Records and Universal Republic Records. The album was supported by the singles "Take It to the Head" and "I Wish You Would", both of which charted on the Billboard Hot 100 at numbers 58 and 78, respectively. The album features guest appearances from Meek Mill, Ace Hood, Plies, Lil Wayne, T.I., Future, Kanye West, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, J. Additionally, she has featured in four films: the animated The Angry Birds Movie 2 where she plays as a pink bird named Pinky, the animated Ice Age: Continental Drift in which she voiced the woolly mammoth, Steffie, Barbershop: The Next Cut in which she plays a sassy recruit named Draya, and The Other Woman, in which she played Lydia, an opinionated law-firm assistant. In 2009, Minaj signed a recording contract with Young Money Entertainment, and released her first solo music video under the label in March 2010.

During his acceptance speech, Kanye West announced that he would be running in the 2020 United States presidential election. Taylor Swift won the most awards with four, including Video of the Year and Best Female Video. The VMA trophies were redesigned by Jeremy Scott.

Snoop Dogg served as host for the third consecutive year. Canadian rapper Drake led the nominations with 12 nominations. Just behind Drake were Big Sean with 10 nods and Kanye West and Nicki Minaj with 9 each. Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole were up for 8 awards.
