Tromsø is a municipality in Troms county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the city of Tromsø. The Insomnia Festival is an annual electronic music festival which takes place during autumn in Tromsø, Norway. The first festival was held in 2002. Alongside the Numusic festival in Stavanger and Ekkofestival in Bergen, it is the largest and most important festival for electronic music in Norway.
Andøya Airport is a domestic airport in the village of Andenes in Andøy Municipality in Nordland county, Norway. It is situated on the northern tip of the island of Andøya. The airport is the civilian sector of Andøya Air Station and is operated by the state-owned Avinor. The airport consists of two runways, 2,468 and 1,672 meters long, and served 48,254 passengers in 2012. Widerøe operates public service obligation (PSO) flights to Bodø, Tromsø, Stokmarknes and Harstad/Narvik, while Norwegian Air Shuttle operates seasonal flights to Oslo.
SAS Commuter, also branded as Scandinavian Commuter, was a regional airline which operated in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. A sister company of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), it operated various regional services on behalf of the Scandinavian flag carrier. Daniel Forfang is a Norwegian former ski jumper. He had thirty-four World Cup starts, with a fifth place in Kuusamo in 2005 as his best individual result. He also helped win a team competition in Lahti the same year. Forfang retired ahead of the 2006–07 season, feeling that he could not continue the ski jumper's lifestyle, especially pertaining to the pressure of maintaining a low body weight. He is the older brother of current ski jumper Johann André Forfang.
Moss Airport, Rygge was a minor international airport serving Moss, Oslo and Eastern Norway. It is located in Rygge in Moss Municipality, 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) outside Moss and 60 kilometres (37 mi) outside Oslo. It also served as a regional airport for Østfold county and owned and was operated by the private company Rygge Sivile Lufthavn AS.
Tore Reginiussen is a Norwegian former professional footballer. Reginiussen has previously played for the clubs Tromsø, Schalke 04, Lecce, OB, Rosenborg, FC St. Pauli and Alta and has been capped playing for Norway. Reginiussen played as a centre back, but could also play as a central midfielder.

Hisham Zaman is a Norwegian film director and screenwriter of Kurdish origin. He graduated from the Norwegian Film School at Lillehammer in 2004. His films center on the stories and inner dilemmas of characters united by a common refugee experience, exploring human themes such as love, acceptance, sacrifice, revenge, loyalty and honour. He has co-written several of his scripts with the Norwegian crime novelist Kjell Ola Dahl.

The 2012 Tippeligaen was the 68th completed season of top division football in Norway. The competition began on 23 March 2012 and ended on 18 November 2012, with a summer break from 28 May to 30 June. Molde were the defending champions, while Hønefoss and Sandnes Ulf entered as the promoted teams from the 2011 1. divisjon. They replaced Start and Sarpsborg 08 who were relegated to the 2012 1. divisjon.
The 2010 season was Molde's third consecutive year in Tippeligaen, and their 34th season in the top flight of Norwegian football. They competed in Tippeligaen where they finished in 11th position, the Norwegian Cup where they were knocked out in the third round and the UEFA Europa League where they were knocked by Stuttgart in the third qualifying round. Head coach Kjell Jonevret was sacked on 30 August, with the club positioned in 14th place and in danger of being relegated, and was replaced by Uwe Rösler which saved the club from relegation with six wins and two draws in the last eight matches.

Tromsø Heliport, University Hospital is a heliport situated on the premises of University Hospital of North Norway in the city of Tromsø in Tromsø Municipality in Troms county, Norway. Used exclusively for air ambulance services, it is home to an AgustaWestland AW139 operated by Lufttransport on contract with the National Air Ambulance Service. The base is owned by the University Hospital of North Norway. The base opened in 1988.
