Background

On Twitter, Getter provided an explanation of meanings for each song in the album beginning from August 11 to 21, 2018. [5] The next day, he revealed the track listing of the album via Twitter, sharing an artwork of handwritten song titles. [5] It was initially planned for a release in July but due to unapproved samples, [6] the album's release had undergone multiple postponements and was eventually announced for September. [7] Getter tweeted that the album's release is "99% confirmed in September. just finishing some contracts." [6] Getter's releasing with Mau5trap became fruitful after one of his future bass songs was included on the label's Mau5ville: Level 1 EP. [8]

Composition

Visceral incorporates elements of hip hop, electronic, bass and rock, [2] [9] [ unreliable source? ] with songs varying in the styles from future bass to funk and from rap to ambient. Kshmr American-Indian producer and DJ (born 1988)

Niles Hollowell-Dhar, better known by his stage name Kshmr is an Indian American musician, record producer, DJ of Kashmiri descent and Free Fire Character. He was ranked 23rd on DJ Mag's 2015 Top 100 DJs poll and was awarded highest new entry for the year. In the same poll he elevated to 12th in 2016 and 2017, and again in 2020. In July 2017, he launched his own record label, Dharma Worldwide. In recent years, he has performed live at many music festivals like Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, EDC, Parookaville and Sunburn.

San Holo Dutch DJ

Sander van Dijck, better known by his stage name San Holo, is a Dutch DJ, musician, record producer and composer from Zoetermeer. He gained international recognition for his remix of Dr. Dre's "The Next Episode", which currently has over 232 million views on YouTube. He has released music on several record labels including Spinnin' Records, OWSLA, Barong Family, and Monstercat. He also founded Bitbird, a label which has released several of his singles including "Still Looking" and "Light" and his debut album Album1. San Holo's first EP, Cosmos, was released via Heroic on 18 September 2014 and was in the Top 100 Electronic category of iTunes. Tanner Petulla, known professionally as Getter, is an American DJ, producer, rapper, actor and comedian from San Jose, California.

"4ware" is an instrumental by Canadian electronic music producer Deadmau5. It is the first track on his eighth studio album, W:/2016ALBUM/. It was premiered on BBC Radio 1 in an interview with British DJ Pete Tong on November 4, 2016. Despite initial rumours, the song was never officially released as a single. Following the release of W:/2016ALBUM/, "4ware" charted in the US, peaking at 22 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Digital Songs chart.

Rezz

Isabelle Rezazadeh, known by her stage name Rezz, is a Canadian DJ and record producer from Niagara Falls, Ontario. She released her debut EP, Insurrection in 2015 through OWSLA's sub-label Nest HQ. In 2016, she signed with Deadmau5's record label Mau5trap, and released follow-ups The Silence is Deafening and Something Wrong Here. On August 4, 2017, Rezazadeh released her debut studio album, Mass Manipulation, with its follow up, Certain Kind of Magic, released in 2018.

The album comprises re-imagined orchestral arrangements of his previous work, in collaboration with Gregory Reveret. It was released through Mau5trap, initially exclusively on the music streaming service Tidal on March 30, 2018. The album was released on other digital download services and on vinyl on June 29, 2018. A remix album, containing remixes of the tracks by various other artists, entitled Here's the Drop!, was released on October 4, 2019.

Matt Lange

Matt Lange is an American DJ and producer based in Los Angeles. He is best known for co-producing "Goodbye" with DJ Glenn Morrison, together with soundtracks for movies including Blade Runner 2049 and Ready Player One. His use of modular synthesis and isorhythms in his musical productions have brought him notice. Brave is the debut studio album by English DJ and producer Joyryde, also known as John Ford. It was released by Hard Recs on 3 April 2020.
