Vital Signs 1 was the first album of the Pakistani band Vital Signs. Fresh from the success of their smash hit Dil Dil Pakistan Vital Signs went to work on their debut album, with Shoaib Mansoor providing the lyrics to all but 2 songs. Dil Dil Pakistan had unparalleled success, something which no song has ever been able to achieve in Pakistan, on its way to becoming one of the most famous songs ever written.
Rohail Hyatt produced the album, his first shot at music production. He is now known as one of the best Music Producers in Pakistan.
The songs were varied in their arrangements, ranging from rock (Do Pal Ka Jeevan, Chehra) to bubblegum pop (Yaadein). Also included is an Urdu version of Neil Diamond's Red Red Wine with completely unrelated lyrics. Hit songs from the album include Gori and Musafir, which is said to be Junaid Jamshed's best vocal performance ever. The best song on the album is generally thought to be the over 7-minute-long Yeh Shaam, a beautifully written song, featuring a brilliant vocal performance by Junaid Jamshed.

Vital Signs were a Pakistani pop and rock band formed in Rawalpindi in 1986 by two Peshawar University students. Rooted in Rawalpindi with some influence from Western music during the conservative regime of President Zia-ul-Haq, the Vital Signs utilizes several genres, ranging from pop music to rock, and often incorporating classical and other elements in innovative ways. Rohail Hyatt is a Pakistani record producer, keyboardist, and composer. As record producer, Hyatt is largely credited with pioneering Pakistani pop rock music by incorporating western rock and pop influences.

Hum Tum was the fourth studio album of the Pakistani band Vital Signs released in January 1995. This was the last studio album released by the band after which Junaid Jamshed, vocalist of the band, went on to pursue a career as a solo singer, Shehzad Hasan, bassist, concentrated on his work as a music producer and Rohail Hyatt, keyboards, formed a production company.
Us Rah Par is Pakistani pop singer Junaid Jamshed Khan's second solo effort, after Junaid and the rest of the band members took a break from the Vital Signs. It was critically and commercially successful. Like many other Vital Signs albums, Us Rah Par continued Junaid's collaboration with Shoaib Mansoor. The title track Us Rah Par is a slow blues number which featured a video directed by Bilal Maqsood. Salman was later replaced by lead guitarist Rizwan-ul-Haq who played on the second album Vital Signs 2 released in 1991. In 1993, Rizwan-ul-Haq left the band to join Awaz and replaced by Aamir Zaki. Zaki played lead guitars on the third and fourth studio albums.
Strings was a Pakistani pop/rock band composed of two members, plus four live band members from Karachi, Pakistan. The band was initially formed by four college students—Bilal Maqsood, Faisal Kapadia (vocals), Rafiq Wazir Ali (synthesizer) and Kareem Bashir Bhoy —in 1988. In 1992 the quartet disbanded, only to make a comeback with Maqsood and Kapadia in 2000. While the initial band rode the new wave of Pakistani pop music, the later lineup ushered a revival in the Pakistani music industry.

Door is the ninth studio album and twentieth overall album by the Pakistani rock band Junoon. It was released on 26 December 2016 by Universal Music in Pakistan and India. It is the second Junoon album led by guitarist and singer Salman Ahmad following Ali Azmat's departure in 2005 and a tribute album following the death of former Vital Signs vocalist Junaid Jamshed in plane crash on 07th December 2016, to whom "Khwab" and "Door Bohat Door" are dedicated.
