Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, it specializes in space infrastructure, technology solutions, and commercial space exploration. Voyager was founded in 2019 by Dylan Taylor and Matthew Kuta. [2]
In 2021, it acquired Altius Space Machines, Pioneer Astronautics, The Launch Company, NanoRacks, and Valley Tech Systems.[ citation needed ] Space Micro was also acquired in January 2022.[ citation needed ]
In March 2023, Zin Technologies was acquired by Voyager. [5]
The company became public in June 2025 after raising $382.8 million in its IPO. [4]
