The award is represented by a championship belt, but the winner is presented with the Crown Jewel ring, similar to a Super Bowl ring, as the belt stays on display at the WWE Experience attraction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The inaugural winner was Raw's Liv Morgan, who defeated SmackDown's Nia Jax at the 2024 Crown Jewel.
