The NXT North American Championship is a professional wrestling championship created and promoted by the American promotion WWE. It is defended as the secondary men's championship of the developmental brand, NXT. Tony D'Angelo is the current champion in his first reign. He won the title by defeating Oba Femi on the October 8, 2024, episode of NXT .

As of December21, 2024, there have been 23 reigns between 19 champions and two vacancies. The inaugural champion was Adam Cole. Johnny Gargano has the most reigns at three. Oba Femi has the longest reign at 273 days, while Trick Williams' sole reign is the shortest reign at 3 days. Carmelo Hayes and Oba Femi share the longest combined reign at 273 days across two reigns and one reign respectively. Velveteen Dream is the youngest champion, winning the title at 23 years old, while Damian Priest is the oldest, winning the title at 37.

He is a former one-time NXT Champion, a two-time and longest combined reigning NXT North American Champion, and a one-time and the final NXT Cruiserweight Champion, having unified it with the NXT North American Championship.

The Way was a professional wrestling stable in WWE. The stable was led by Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae, and featured Austin Theory, Indi Hartwell, and Dexter Lumis. The stable worked between 2020 and 2021 in WWE on the NXT brand. During that time, Gargano won the NXT North American Championship twice, while LeRae and Hartwell won the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship.

Theresa Serrano is an American professional wrestler. She is currently signed to WWE, where she performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Zoey Stark and is a member of the Pure Fusion Collective stable. She is a former one-time NXT Women's Tag Team Champion.

The 2021 NXT Halloween Havoc was the second annual Halloween Havoc professional wrestling event produced by WWE, and 14th Halloween Havoc event overall. It was held exclusively for wrestlers from the promotion's NXT brand division. The event aired as a special episode of WWE's weekly television series NXT, broadcast on the USA Network. It took place on October 26, 2021, at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The television special was hosted by Chucky in a crosspromotion for the Chucky TV series, with NXT wrestlers Grayson Waller and LA Knight also serving as hosts.

The event's title is a reference to its position on the road to NXT Stand & Deliver, NXT's WrestleMania week event.
