WWII Aces is a flight simulator video game set in World War II for the Wii, developed by Slovak studio Arcade Moon.
WWII Aces allows players to choose to play as a pilot in the Royal Air Force, Luftwaffe, or the Red Army Air Force. It features 12 planes including: Spitfire, Stuka, and Mosquito bomber. The game also puts players in battles such as the Battle of Dunkirk, and the Battle of the Bulge. The game has similar controls to that of the Wii version of Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII . The game also features over 70 missions where the player is given the task of strategic bombing, air support, paratrooper drops, etc. [1]
Each country in the game has four planes to choose from: a fighter, a dive bomber, a heavy bomber, and a special project plane.
The game received negative reviews. Criticism was focused on unresponsive controls, bad graphics, and being frustrating.
Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII is a flight combat video game for Microsoft Windows, Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii. It was developed by Ubisoft Bucharest during the second fiscal quarter of 2006 for both the North American and European regions. The game features 46 different World War II fighter planes and allows the player or players to take part in several World War II events as a fictional squadron. Online support allows 16 players to take part in head-to-head and co-operative battles.

Transformers: The Game is an action-adventure video game based on the 2007 film Transformers, developed by Traveller's Tales and published by Activision. The game closely follows the story of the film, depicting the Autobots and Decepticons' arrival on Earth following a war between them that has ravaged their home planet of Cybertron. While trying to conceal their existence from humanity, both factions search for a powerful artifact called the AllSpark, which could be used to restore Cybertron to its former glory, or to enslave Earth's population. The game features a split-campaign format, with players choosing to join either the Autobots or the Decepticons, and completing various missions for whichever faction they chose. A sequel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, was released in June 2009, based on the film of the same name.

Blazing Angels 2: Secret Missions of WWII is a 2007 flight combat video game for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, developed by Ubisoft Bucharest and published by Ubisoft. A sequel of Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII, the game puts the player in an elite Allied squadron trying to prevent Nazi Germany from creating a weapon of mass destruction. As the player progresses, they will travel around the world and battle the enemy with a list of prototype fighter aircraft and upgrades. Multiplayer mode includes deathmatch, cooperative, capture the flag, and epic battle.

In November 2018, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X was added to the Xbox One's Backwards Compatibility list although only through physical media as it is not available on the Xbox Marketplace.

Pearl Harbor Trilogy – 1941: Red Sun Rising is a flight simulator developed and published by Legendo Entertainment. The game is based on the Attack on Pearl Harbor and the following Battles of Wake Island, Midway, and the Coral Sea. The game is presented through a third-person perspective. In the single-player campaign, the players assumes control of either a United States Army Air Force pilot or an Imperial Japanese Navy pilot. Both pilots have eight single-player missions each, beginning during the Attack on Pearl Harbor and chronologically featuring the key battles that followed, including the Battle of Wake Island, Battle of Midway, and Battle of the Coral Sea.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon is a spin-off installment of the Ace Combat flight simulation video game series. It was developed by Project Aces and published by Bandai Namco Games for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms in October 2011. The game was later released on Microsoft Windows in January 2013 through Steam and Games for Windows – Live, with the latter notably being the final retail release for the platform shortly before its discontinuation.
