Walford Vincent Gumbs OBE JP is a politician from Saint Kitts and Nevis. [1]
In 2010 Gumbs was 61 years old,so he was born about 1948–1950. [2] He was former president of the Saint Kitts and Nevis Trades and Labour Union. [3] He was the Speaker of National Assembly of Saint Kitts and Nevis from 1996 to 2004. [3] He was later appointed as the first ombudsman of Saint Kitts and Nevis in August 2008. [4]
He was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2006 New Year Honours for services to trade unionism. [5]
