Wang Xiangdang (born 5 April 1983) is a Chinese rower. He competed in the men's eight event at the 2008 Summer Olympics. [1]

Wang Junxia is a Chinese former long-distance runner who is the current world record holder at 3,000 meters. She also held the world record for the 10,000 meters for 23 years, between 1993 and 2016, which is a record in itself. Her best years were from 1991 to 1996. Wang was coached by Ma Junren until 1995 and by Mao Dezhen from 1995 to her retirement after the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
Wang Meng is a Chinese short track speed skater. She is a four-time Olympic Champion and 2008 and 2009 Overall World Champion. She is the most decorated Chinese Winter Olympic athlete ever with four Olympic gold medals, a silver and a bronze. Wang won gold in the 500 m event, silver in the 1000 m and bronze in the 1500 m event at the 2006 Winter Olympics. She won 500 m and 1000 m gold medals at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and added a third gold medal in the 3000 m relay with the China team. Wang has also won 18 gold medals at the World Championships. She is one of the most decorated short track speed skaters of all time.
Bhutan sent a delegation to compete in the 2008 Summer Olympics, held in Beijing, People's Republic of China from 8–24 August 2008. This was Bhutan's seventh time participating in a Summer Olympic Games. The delegation consisted of two archers, Tashi Peljor and Dorji Dema. Neither was able to win their first round match.

Timothy Wang is an American table tennis player. He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's singles, but was defeated in the preliminary round. He also won the national championship in men's doubles in 2011 and 2012 and in mixed doubles in 2011, 2012 and 2013. He represented the United States in the men's team table tennis event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Yang Wang is a New Zealand sport shooter of Chinese origin. Yang represented his adopted nation New Zealand at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he competed in the men's 10 m air pistol. He finished only in thirty-ninth place by two points behind Germany's Florian Schmidt from the final attempt, for a total score of 571 targets.
