Wayne Stewart Andrews (born 19 November 1958) is an Australian cricketer,who played for Western Australia between 1982 and 1995.
Andrews was born in Melbourne and moved to Western Australia at a young age. He appeared for Western Australia Colts during the 1978–79 and 1979–80 seasons,and was also selected in FW Millett's XI which played a match against Ireland in Belfast in 1979. [1]
Andrews made his first-class debut for Western Australia against South Australia on 25 February 1983,at the Adelaide Oval,making 48 on debut batting at no. 6. [2] He made his List A debut for Western Australia against Victoria in the semi-final of the 1982–83 McDonald's Cup,held at the WACA Ground in Perth. [3]
In total,Andrews played 91 first-class matches,scoring 4684 runs at an average of 37.17,with a highest score of 139 achieved against New South Wales during the 1985–86 season at the WACA Ground. [4] He also took 40 wickets at an average of 39.52 with a best bowling of 3/43. He also played 47 List A matches,scoring 902 runs at an average of 33.40,with a highest score of 103*.
Andrews captained Western Australia in 10 Sheffield Shield matches between 1990 and 1991,and in a single domestic one-day match in 1990. [5]
Andrews played matches for Church in the Lancashire League as their professional during the 1987 English cricket season. [6] He played 23 matches was both the club's leading run-scorer and wicket-taker,scoring 771 runs at an average of 38.55,with a highest of 112, [7] and taking 60 wickets at an average of 15.21 bowling left-arm spin,including four 5-wicket hauls,with a best of 6/38. [8]
On 28 July 2000,Andrews was awarded the Australian Sports Medal for his "91 Sheffield Shield career appearances for WA netting 4684 runs and 40 wickets". [9]
Nathan Wade Bracken is a former Australian cricketer. A tall left-arm fast-medium bowler,Bracken is capable of swinging the ball both ways. He has represented Australia in all forms of the game. Bracken represented New South Wales in Australian domestic cricket,Eastern Suburbs in Sydney Grade Cricket and also appeared for English County team Gloucestershire in 2004. On 28 January 2011 he announced his retirement from the game due to a chronic knee injury. On 9 February 2012 it was reported that he sued Cricket Australia over the latter's alleged incompetency in managing his knee injury. With his time representing Australia,Bracken won multiple ICC titles with the team:the 2003 Cricket World Cup,the 2007 Cricket World Cup,and the 2006 ICC Champions Trophy.

Richard Pollard was an English cricketer born in Westhoughton,Lancashire,who played in four Test matches between 1946 and 1948. A fast-medium right-arm bowler and a lower-order right-handed batsman who made useful runs on occasion,he played for Lancashire between 1933 and 1950,taking 1,122 wickets in 298 first-class matches;he is 10th highest wicket-taker for Lancashire.
Beau Casson is an Australian former cricketer who played for Western Australia and New South Wales from 2002 to 2011,and represented Australia at Test cricket. Primarily a left-arm wrist spinner,Casson was also capable with the bat and had a highest first-class score of 99. He retired from first-class cricket in 2011.
The KFC Twenty20 Big Bash was a domestic Twenty20 cricket competition in Australia. The competition was organised by Cricket Australia,and sponsored by fast food chicken outlet KFC. The competition was replaced by the Big Bash League as Australia's domestic Twenty20 competition after the 2010–11 tournament. Douglas James Harris is a former Australian cricketer. From Perth,Harris excelled at junior levels,and represented the Australian national under-19 cricket team in a three-Test series during the 1980–81 season. He was named Man of the Series after scoring 195 runs from five innings. From the early 1980s,Harris was regularly selected in state colts and second XI matches,though Tim Zoehrer was generally the first-choice wicket-keeper at state level. In a Sheffield Shield match against South Australia during the 1985–86 season,Western Australia's wicket-keeper Michael Cox was unavailable to keep wicket in South Australia's second innings. Despite not having been named twelfth man,Harris substituted for Cox as wicket-keeper,and recorded two stumpings off the bowling of Wayne Andrews. However,these dismissals are not included in his career records.
Ashton Charles Agar is an Australian cricketer who plays all forms of the game at international level. Agar plays domestically for Western Australia and the Perth Scorchers. A left-handed spin bowler,he played two Test matches for the Australian national side during the 2013 Ashes series and 5 Test matches in his career. Agar was also a member of the Australian team that won the 2021 T20 World Cup in Dubai and Oman.
Ashton James Turner is an Australian cricketer who debuted for Western Australia during the 2012–13 season,and is also contracted to the Perth Scorchers. From Perth,Turner represented Western Australia at under-15 (schoolboys),under-17 and under-19 level. and captained the under-17 team to their National Championships win. A right-arm off spinner,he toured India with the Australian under-19 team in September and October 2011,taking eight wickets from six matches in a quadrangular tournament involving the Australian,Indian,Sri Lankan,and West Indian under-19 teams. At the 2012 Under-19 World Cup,he was Australia's first-choice spinner,ahead of Victoria's Ashton Agar,and took eleven wickets from six matches,with his best figures 4/28 against Nepal.
Jessica Louise Jonassen is an Australian cricketer from Rockhampton,Queensland. A left-arm orthodox bowler,Jonassen has been a member of the national women's team since 2012,going on to win four ICC T20 World Cups while becoming the fourth woman to have taken 100 One Day International wickets for Australia. Domestically,she is the current captain of both the Queensland Fire in the Women's National Cricket League (WNCL) and the Brisbane Heat in the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL).
Keith Dudgeon is an Australian former cricketer. He played 41 first-class matches for Queensland between 1967 and 1975. This period is considered by the Queensland Bulls as 'not the best era for the Queensland Bulls',as the team came last in the Sheffield Shield competition eight times during the late 1960s and mid 1970s.
