Penned by Mozart & Friends writers Alexander Gernert, Manuel Loyo, Alexander Hahn and Alexander Krause, commissioned "We Love" was written and composed in a single week, since the song was needed for a video shooting Monrose had already been booked for at the Hangar 7 in Salzburg, Austria. [1] The track was produced by Hahn and team head Marc Mozart, who said "it was extremely fun to work on this production [...] A&R executives Markus Hartmann and Stefan Harder of ProSieben's music department Starwatch trusted that we'd come up with a hot song, so we enjoyed both a lot of creative freedom while being under the pressure of a short deadline." Since the band wws rehearsing for upcoming gigs in Berlin, the team had only a few hours to record their vocals for "We Love" and since there was no time to book a studio, handle the logistics of driving the singers to the studio, they decided to book a room in the Mövenpick Hotel where the girls stayed. [1] "We set up some equipment, including a special kind of portable vocal booth called the Reflexion Filter and as expected, Monrose delivered a top performance," said Mozart, who used two Apple computers running Logic Pro for recording and editing. [1] Producer J. Worthy finished a clubmix of "We Love" and added drumsounds to the main version that now airs in many commercial breaks of the network. [1]
Monrose was a German pop girl group, first established in November 2006. Formed on the fifth installment of the German adaption of the international television talent show Popstars, the trio consisted of singers Mandy Capristo, Senna Gammour, and Bahar Kızıl. They were signed to Starwatch Music and released their debut album Temptation in December 2006. It achieved major success throughout Central Europe, selling more than a 600,000 copies combined and produced two singles, including number-one breakthrough hit "Shame" and "Even Heaven Cries".
Elle'ments is the debut studio album by German girl group No Angels. It was first released by Polydor–Zeitgeist and Cheyenne Records on 12 March 2001 in German-speaking Europe. After winning the inaugural season of the reality talent contest Popstars in late 2000, Polydor consulted a small team of German-based musicians to work with the quintet, including Thorsten Brötzmann, Peter Ries, Leslie Mándoki, and Peter Plate. It was written by Norwegian singer-songwriter Hanne Sørvaag along with Danish musicians Remee and Thomas Troelsen, the latter of which also handled production on the track. A mid-paced pop song that is built on a ticking clock sample, the song is influenced by elements of Europop and synthpop. Its instrumentation consists essentially of synthesizers and keyboards. Lyrically, it finds the protagonist thinking deeply over her relationship with her love interest from whom she parted; however, she still pines for him and feels self-conscious for doing so.
I Am is the third studio album by German pop trio Monrose. It was first released by Starwatch Music, Cheyenne Records and Warner Music on 26 September 2008 in German-speaking Europe. The band reunited with frequent contributors Jiant and Snowflakers and Danish producer Jonas Jeberg to work on the bulk of the album, though several new collaborators were consulted to hand in music, including Ronny Svendsen and Nermin Harambasic from Norwegian music collective Dsign Music, Oscar Gorres, Didrik Thott, Carl Björsell, JoelJoel, Guy Chambers, and OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder.

Ladylike is the fourth and final studio album by German pop trio Monrose. It was released by Starwatch Music in association with Cheyenne Records and the Warner Music Group on 11 June 2010 in German-speaking Europe. Conceived during a hiatus which allowed each member to launch solo projects, production of the album began in mid-2009. Unlike their previous material, recording of Ladylike was not rushed, with sessions also taking place in New York City. Monrose reteamed with frequent collaborators Pete Kirtley, Tim Hawes, and Obi Mhondera to work on the album, while upcoming producers such as Tuneverse and Alexander Geringas were also consulted.
Popstars – Neue Engel braucht das Land was a new installment of the Popstars themed Neue Engel braucht das Land which started airing on 10 August 2006. The title of the show was a play on the status of the show's original winners No Angels, a group whose members had disbanded in 2003, with the declared goal of the show's season being to find their successors.
