Weathervanes is the debut studio album by the American indie pop group Freelance Whales. The album was released on December 29, 2009.

The song "Generator ^ First Floor" was used to help launch the new Twitter redesign on September 14, 2010, and was made available for free download. [1] The same song also appeared in a Starbucks commercial, which first aired in March 2011. [2]

The song "Generator ^ Second Floor" was used in the second episode of the USA Network series Covert Affairs , during the scene where Auggie teaches Annie how to fight.

The song "Starring" was used in the series premiere episode of MTV's 2012 adaptation of The Inbetweeners , which aired on August 20, 2012. "Starring" plays during the cafeteria scene, when Carly speaks to Simon. [3] The song "We Could be Friends" was used in the 12th episode of Ugly Betty , titled "Blackout".

Wu Shuijiao is a female Chinese track and field athlete who competes in hurdling. Her personal best for the 100 metres hurdles is 12.93 seconds, set in 2013. Wu was the Chinese champion in the event in 2012 and 2013.

Mole Manor is a massive multiplayer online game targeted at children ages 6 to 14; there is, however, no specific age or gender restriction on the game. Aisin Gioro Yoto was a Qing dynasty imperial prince and Nurhaci's grandson. Yoto became the first bearer of the Prince Keqin peerage as Prince Cheng of the First Rank. He was demoted two ranks for committing a grave offence and posthumously granted a title of Prince Keqin of the Second Rank. After his death, the peerage was twice renamed until 1778, when the peerage was granted iron-cap status, which meant that each successive bearer of the title would hold undiminished title vis-a-vis his predecessor.

<i>The Eye of the Dragon Princess</i> 2020 Chinese film

The Eye of the Dragon Princess, also known as Long Wu Mu, is a 2020 Chinese fantasy film, directed by Liu Tao, produced by Beijing Oriental Feiyun International Film and Television Co., Ltd., starring Zhu Sheng Yi and Peer Zhu in lead roles. The film is adapted from Pu Songling's short story "Strange Tales from a Liaozhai", about the story of a drought in Xinzhou, the rain in "Sea Dragon Ball", and the love affairs of the dragon princess with "Lu Haisheng", a government official.
