UNTV Why News is a Philippine television English-language primetime newscast broadcast by UNTV. The newscast's motto is "Because we need to know, we will always ask why." Originally anchored by Diego Castro and Gerry Alcantara, it aired from February 2, 2015 to July 31, 2024. Harlene Delgado (who now left the newscast and UNTV for 5 years) and Victor Cosare served as its final anchors. [1]

Look-a-likes of Manny Pacquiao and Mr. Bean gives an added twist in the show. Good Morning Kuya or GMK can be viewed from 5:00 am to 7:30 am. In 2015, it extended again back to 3 hours from 5:00 am to 8:00 am. on June 15, 2020, the program is back to 2 hours and 30 minutes from 6:00 am to 8:30 am PST.

UNTV Ito Ang Balita is a Philippine radio and television late afternoon and flagship newscast of UNTV. It premiered on July 12, 2004, coinciding with the relaunch of UNTV. The show is also streaming on YouTube and Facebook. The program temporarily left the air in 2005 and reinstated on September 3, 2007. It was aired daily from Monday to Friday at 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Get It Straight with Daniel Razon is a current affairs-talk show-reality show in the Philippines, hosted by Daniel Razon aired on UNTV. It first appeared on July 5, 2010, and aired early morning of Weekdays at 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM. In 2013 the new timeslot was 30 minutes long from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM. In August 2015 it was extended to 1 hour and the new timeslot is from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, (PST). It comes with a producer's cut edition in the evening at 6:45 PM and 8:30 PM. In 2020, the program is aired every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. The show concluded on September 15, 2023.

The UNTV Broadcast Center is a mixed-use skyscraper and broadcast facility, currently under construction, located along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue in Barangay Philam, Quezon City. It will serve as the new headquarters of UNTV-37, also known as UNTV News and Rescue/ Public Service, a major UHF television channel. It will also house radio stations Radyo La Verdad 1350 kHz and Wish 107.5. In 2022, the glass cladding during construction was removed before being reinstalled.
