"Wid Out Ya" is a song performed by Polish band Blog 27 from their 2005 debut album LOL . It was released as the third single from the album in 2006.

Contents

The song could not chart in Blog 27's home country where there was no official singles sales chart at that time, but it was popular there and did enter a number of radio and magazines charts based on the fans' votes. [1] [2] It also entered official singles charts in Austria and Germany.

Music video

The music video begins with Ala and Tola walking down an empty car park, accompanied by a group of girls. They approach and confront a group of boys, singing the song at them. The scene is interspersed with live footage from Blog 27's concert in Hamburg, Germany on 8 March 2006. The car park scenes were filmed in April and the final video premiered in May 2006.

Blog 27 was a Polish musical group founded in 2005 by two teenage vocalists Tola Szlagowska and Ala Boratyn performing pop music with elements of pop punk and pop rock. The duo's debut album, LOL (2005), was certified double platinum in Poland and also achieved moderate success in Western Europe and Japan. It included three internationally charting singles: "Uh La La La", "Hey Boy " and "Wid Out Ya". After Ala's departure in 2006, the act released one more album, Before I'll Die... (2008), but shortly after that Tola relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a degree in music, and the band has since been inactive. Blog 27 has sold over 250,000 records worldwide and is regarded as the forerunner of the emo fashion in Poland.

"Uh La La La" is a song recorded by Italian singer-songwriter Alexia featuring additional vocals by an uncredited male rapper. It was released by DWA Records and Sony Music as the fourth single from the singer's debut album, Fan Club (1997), and is written by Roberto Zanetti and Alexia herself. The song was a summer hit of 1997 in Europe and became Alexia's international breakout success. Ala Boratyn, also known mononymously as Ala, born Alicja Julia Boratyn on 27 November 1992, is a Polish singer-songwriter. She rose to fame in 2005 as one of the lead singers of Polish girl duo Blog 27. With Blog 27, Boratyn enjoyed success in her native Poland, Central Europe, and Japan. Having departed from the band in 2006, she embarked on a short-lived solo career before becoming member of the bands Wicked Giant, New People and Ala Zastary.
