Winston Alfred English (born 13 September 1943) is a former Guyanese cricketer who played first-class cricket for Guyana from 1967 to 1970.
A middle-order batsman and fast bowler,English had a fine first-class debut when he took 4 for 111 against Barbados in the 1966–67 Shell Shield,including the wickets of the Test batsmen Seymour Nurse and Gary Sobers. [1] He played in a team of young players for a West Indies President's XI in the opening first-class match of the English tour of the West Indies in 1967–68. He captained Guyana in the final match of the Shell Shield in 1968–69,scoring 112 and top-scoring for his team. [2]
English played as the professional for Haslingden in the Lancashire League in 1969 and 1970. [3] After playing two more matches for Guyana in 1969–70 he went to live in the USA. [4]

Sir Clyde Leopold Walcott KA,GCM,OBE was a West Indian cricketer. Walcott was a member of the "three W's",the other two being Everton Weekes and Frank Worrell:all were very successful batsmen from Barbados,born within a short distance of each other in Bridgetown,Barbados in a period of 18 months from August 1924 to January 1926;all made their Test cricket debut against England in 1948. In the mid-1950s,Walcott was arguably the best batsman in the world. In later life,he had an active career as a cricket administrator,and was the first non-English and non-white chairman of the International Cricket Council.
Sir Wesley Winfield Hall is a Barbadian former cricketer and politician. A tall,strong and powerfully built man,Hall was a genuine fast bowler and despite his very long run up,he was renowned for his ability to bowl long spells. Hall played 48 Test matches for the West Indies from 1958 to 1969. Hall's opening bowling partnership with fellow Barbadian Charlie Griffith was a feature of the strong West Indies teams throughout the 1960s. Hall was one of the most popular cricketers of his day and was especially popular in Australia,where he played two seasons in the Sheffield Shield with Queensland.
Farokh Maneksha Engineerpronunciation (help·info) is an Indian former cricketer. He played 46 Test matches for India,played first-class cricket for Bombay in India from 1959 to 1975 and for Lancashire County Cricket Club in England from 1968 to 1976. Engineer was the last from his community to play for India,as not a single Parsee male has represented the country after him.
Sir Everton DeCourcy Weekes,KCMG,GCM,OBE was a cricketer from Barbados. A right-handed batsman,he was known as one of the hardest hitters in world cricket. Weekes holds the record for the most consecutive Test hundreds,with five. Along with Frank Worrell and Clyde Walcott,he formed what was known as "The Three Ws" of the West Indies cricket team. Weekes played in 48 Test matches for the West Indies cricket team from 1948 to 1958. He continued to play first-class cricket until 1964,surpassing 12,000 first-class runs in his final innings. As a coach he was in charge of the Canadian team at the 1979 Cricket World Cup,and he was also a commentator and international match referee.
Seymour MacDonald Nurse was a Barbadian cricketer. Nurse played 29 Test matches for the West Indies between 1960 and 1969. A powerfully built right-hand batsman and an aggressive,if somewhat impetuous,shotmaker,Nurse preferred to bat in the middle order but was often asked to open the batting. A relative latecomer to high-level cricket,Nurse's Test cricket career came to what many consider a premature end in 1969.

Winston Place was an English cricketer who played in three Tests in 1948. An opening batsman for Lancashire,he shared a prolific partnership with Cyril Washbrook and was part of the county championship winning side of 1950. Place played first-class cricket until 1955,when his contract was not renewed. He became an umpire for one season,but retired to spend more time with his family.
RangyNanan was a West Indian cricketer who played as a right arm off spinner. Nanan played for both Trinidad and Tobago and for the West Indies cricket team. He captained T&T for several years,steering the side to a 1985 Red Stripe Cup title. Nanan picked up a sum of 366 wickets in 94 first class games for T&T.

Philbert Duncan Blair is a former Guyanese cricketer who played first-class cricket from 1968 to 1974. He toured with the West Indian cricket team in England in 1969 but did not play Test cricket.
Randolph Ramnarace is a former first-class cricketer from Berbice who played mostly for Guyana.
Julian Desmond Charles is a former Saint Lucian cricketer who played for the Windward Islands in West Indian domestic cricket. He was the first Saint Lucian to score a first-class hundred.
The Montserrat cricket team has represented the British Overseas Territory of Montserrat in cricket. The team is not a member of the International Cricket Council,but the Montserrat Cricket Association is a member of the Leeward Islands Cricket Association,which itself is a member association of the West Indies Cricket Board,and players from Montserrat generally represent the Leeward Islands cricket team at domestic level and the West Indies at international level. Montserrat has however played as a separate entity in matches which held Twenty20 status,but has not appeared in first-class or List A cricket.
