Wonder Cement Limited, is an Indian cement producing company that is based out of Rajasthan. [7] It was started in 2010 under RK Group. [8] It manufactures Portland pozzolana and ordinary Portland cement for plaster, brickwork, and other construction applications. [9]

Plants

In 2012, the company set up its first unit in Nimbahera, Rajasthan, with three million tonnes per annum. [10] In 2015, Wonder Cement added another unit taking its annual cement production to 6.75 million tonnes. [11] In 2018, the company invested ₹4.5 billion to set up a two-million-tonne per annum clinker grinding unit in Dhule, Maharashtra. [12] [13] [14] In 2019, Wonder Cement invested ₹11 billion to build a third plant at Nimbahera in Rajasthan's Chittorgarh district, increasing its annual capacity of producing close to 11 million tonnes of cement. [15] [16] [17] [18] [19] In 2020, Wonder Cement invested ₹8 billion to set up cement plants in Badnawar and Jhajjar which increased the annual capacity to 13 million tonnes of cement. Bharat Oman Refineries Limited (BORL) is the subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum which is under the ownership of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas of the government of India. It owns and operates Bina Refinery, located at Bina in the Bina-etawa district of the state of Madhya Pradesh in India. The company was incorporated as a joint venture between Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) and Oman Oil Company Ltd. Since 2021, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of BPCL. The Bina Refinery was commissioned in 11 May 2011 with an annual capacity of 6 million tonnes. The capacity of the refinery was further enhanced to 7.8 million tonnes per year in 2018.
