The World Rugby Tbilisi Cup is a rugby union competition that was first held in 2013 at Avchala Stadium in Tbilisi with the hosts Georgia joined by Uruguay, who regularly take part in the Nations Cup, and two newly founded teams: Emerging Ireland, who were made up of young Irish players that didn't get selected for the Lions tour to Australia or the national side's tour to North America, and a South Africa President's XV, composed of Currie Cup players. Georgia was the only team to return for the second edition in 2014. They were joined by Spain and two teams that regularly take part in the IRB Nations Cup, Argentina Jaguars and Emerging Italy. [2] In 2015, Emerging Ireland, Emerging Italy and Uruguay returned to the tournament, with Emerging Ireland claiming the title for the first ever time.

World Rugby is the world governing body for the sport of rugby union. World Rugby organises the Rugby World Cup every four years, the sport's most recognised and most profitable competition. Argentina XV, formerly known as the Jaguares, are the second national rugby union team in Argentina, after the full national side, the Pumas.

Billy Holland is an Irish rugby union player for Munster in the Pro14 and European Rugby Champions Cup. He plays as a lock, though has also played flanker occasionally, and represents Cork Constitution in the All-Ireland League.

Ian Keatley Rugby player

Ian James T. Keatley is an Irish rugby union player for Scottish Pro14 club Glasgow Warriors. He plays primarily as a fly-half, but can also play as a centre or fullback.

Andrew Joseph Conway is an Irish rugby union player for Munster in the Pro14 and European Rugby Champions Cup. He plays primarily as a wing, but can also play as a fullback.

Ian William Nagle is an Irish rugby union player, currently playing for Italian Pro14 side Zebre.
