Xeira (in English: time or sequence) is a Marxist-Leninist political youth organization in Galicia, with a pro-independence stance. It was founded in December 2013 to fill the political space of Adiante-Galician Revolutionary Youth, that self-dissolved [3] weeks before the constitution of Xeira.

It is the youth organization of the Galician People's Front (FPG), one of the organizations participating in Anova-Nationalist Brotherhood.

Mocidades Galeguistas or, also used until 1989, Mocidades Nacionalistas Galegas is a political youth organization of Galicia, with a Galician nationalist and social liberal ideology. The organization defends a liberal Galicia in a federal Spain.

The Galician Rural Federation is a Galician farmers and breeders union centered on family farms and small peasants. The organization has its origins in a split of the Sindicato Labrego Galego-Comisións Labregas (SLG) in 2009. The splitters, that later founded FRUGA, wanted the SLG to take a closer political line to the Galician Nationalist Bloc and the Galician People's Union. FRUGA is particularly strong among milk cows small farmers.

Galician Convergence is a Galician political party with a moderate nationalist ideology, and which describes itself as centrist, socially progressive and economically liberal, europeanist, interclasisist and confederalist. CG was founded on 24 September 2010, in its first constituent congress in Santiago de Compostela. The party consists mostly of former militants of Terra Galega, after the split this party suffered in 2010. its president is Xoan Gato, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrol.

Manuel María Fernández Teixeiro, better known as Manuel María, was a Spanish poet and academic who wrote in the Galician language. He was notable for his combative character and his political commitment. His poetry touched on themes of love, art, his own political commitment, drawing attention to wrongs, ethnography, physics, history, immateriality, mythology, the animal world, poetic expression, the passing of time, religion, society, language, agricultural labour, urbanism, and geography. The Day of Galician Literature was devoted to him in 2016.
