Yordan Lesov (born 19 December 1959) is a Bulgarian boxer. He competed in the men's lightweight event at the 1980 Summer Olympics. [1]

Petar Lesov is a former Bulgarian boxer, who won the Flyweight Gold medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics. He is a two-time European champion in the flyweight division. Lesov is currently a boxing coach.

Viktor Miroshnichenko is a retired Ukrainian boxer, who represented the USSR at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, Soviet Union. There he won the silver medal in the flyweight division, after being defeated in the final by Bulgaria's Petar Lesov. Two years later he captured the silver medal at the World Championships in Munich, West Germany. Miroshnichenko trained at Dynamo in Donetsk.

Yordan Bikov is a retired Bulgarian middleweight weightlifter. He won the clean and jerk event at the 1971 World Championships. In 1972 he won the European title and Olympic gold medal, setting a new world record in the total. He retired next year after placing second at the European championships, and became a weightlifting coach.

Ivan Nikolov Abadjiev was a Bulgarian weightlifter and coach. As an active competitor, he won Bulgaria's first weightlifting medal in 1957. From 1968 to 1989 and again from 1997 to 2000 he was the head coach of the Bulgarian Weightlifting Federation. He also spent a stint as the head Coach of the Turkish Weightlifting Federation during the late 1990s. During his career, Abadjiev produced 12 Olympic champions, 57 world champions and 64 European champions. He was called "The Pope of Weightlifting" for his great career as a coach of the Bulgarian national weightlifting team. Six times he was elected Coach of the Year of Bulgaria - 1985, 1986, 1989, 1997, 1998, 1999, and in 2001 was elected Coach of the 20th Century of the country. Olympic champions under the leadership of Abadjiev are: for Bulgaria - Norair Nurikyan, Yordan Bikov, Andon Nikolov, Yordan Mitkov, Norair Nurikyan, Yanko Rusev, Asen Zlatev, Sevdalin Marinov, Borislav Gidikov, Galabin Boevski ; for Turkey - Halil Mutlu, Naim Suleymanoglu.

Yordan Penchev is a Bulgarian former cyclist. He competed in the individual road race and team time trial events at the 1980 Summer Olympics.
