The Zenvo TS1 GT is a limited production sports car manufactured by Danish automobile manufacturer Zenvo Automotive. It was unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. Though the TS1 GT shares a similar chassis and body with its predecessor, the ST1, its new powertrain and upgraded interior earn it a new model designation along with the 'grand tourer' qualification. The production of the car is planned to be limited at 5 units per year, an increase from the limited 15-car total production run of its predecessor. [4]
The Zenvo TS1 GT is powered by a 5.8-litre Twin-supercharged V8 engine which is based on a Chevrolet GM architecture and is further modified and developed in-house, [5] [6] rated at 823 kW (1,119 PS; 1,104 hp) at 7,100 rpm and 1,139 N⋅m (840 lb⋅ft) of torque at 5,500 rpm. [6] The engine has mid-rear mounted position.
The TS1 GT is equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic with helical-cut dog gears. The transmission is paired with a Torsen limited-slip differential and the clutch consists of two 240 mm (9.4 in) discs. [6] The car uses double wishbone suspension coupled with adjustable shocks and composite anti-roll bars on the front and rear axles. A hydraulic lifting mechanism is able to raise the front axle by 50 mm for extra ground clearance. [6]
The TS1 GT is equipped with forged aluminum wheels with diameters of 483 millimetres (19 in) at the front and 508 millimetres (20 in) at the rear. The car uses Michelin Pilot Sport 4S or Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires with codes of 265/35 ZR 19 at the front and 345/30 ZR 20 at the rear. The brakes are ventilated carbon ceramic discs, with a diameter of 395 mm (15.6 in) at the front and 380 mm (15 in) at the rear, each equipped with six-piston aluminum calipers. [6]
The interior of the Zenvo TS1 GT features a dashboard and central console finished in carbon-fiber and Alcantara, along with carbon-fiber bucket seats for the driver and passenger. The infotainment system includes a dashboard display, central display, and an Alpine audio system with Bluetooth connectivity. [6]
The manufacturer claims an electronically limited top speed of 375 km/h (233 mph) for the TS1 GT. [6] The car has a claimed 0–100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration time of 3.0 seconds. These performance figures are very similar to those of its predecessor. [7]
The Zenvo TSR is a track-only version of the TS1 GT. Launched alongside the TS1 GT at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, the TSR shares most of its mechanical components with the road-legal car, including the same engine and body.
The main changes in the TSR variant are a 250 kg (551 lb) of weight reduction reducing the total weight to 1,330 kg (2,932 lb), revised gearing and power delivery for track use, and a fixed carbon-fibre wing on the rear of the car. [8] A larger carbon-fibre front splitter and rear diffuser have also been fitted to improve airflow at higher speeds. [9] The TSR's interior includes a full roll cage and 6 point harnesses, with the infotainment system of the TS1 GT having been removed to save weight. As a result of the gearing and aerodynamic changes, the top speed of the TSR is reduced to 325 km/h (202 mph).
The Zenvo TSR-S is a road-legal version of the track-focused Zenvo TSR. Unveiled at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, the TSR-S features numerous upgrades and design changes compared to the previous TS1 models and sits in-between the road-going, grand touring TS1 GT and the race-focused, track only TSR. [10]
On the exterior of the car, the TSR-S has been redesigned with a larger front grille and large integrated splitter and diffuser. The carbon-fiber wing on the rear of the car is able to rotate with two degrees of freedom, allowing for air braking and corner stabilization. [10] The interior of the car is driver focused as the TSR as standard, however many features of the TS1 GT can be optioned into the car like a sound system and climate control. [11] Weight savings on the TSR-S sum to 85 kg (187 lb) over the TS1 GT, bringing the total weight of the car down to 1,495 kg (3,296 lb).
The powertrain of the TSR-S has also been updated, and the 5.8-liter twin-supercharged V8 now rated at 878 kW (1,194 PS; 1,177 hp) at 8,500 rpm. [10] The manufacturer claims that this performance increase allows the TSR-S to accelerate from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds, and from 0–200 km/h (124 mph) in 6.8 seconds. The TSR-S maintains the 325 km/h (202 mph) top speed of the TSR.
The Zenvo TSR-GT is a grand-touring oriented version of the TSR-S. The primary differences include an uprated version of the 5.8-liter twin-supercharged V8 now producing 1,014 kW (1,379 PS; 1,360 hp), and a reduced downforce setup with a smaller, fixed wing and aerodynamic wheel covers. [12] These changes increase the claimed top speed of the TSR-GT to 423 km/h (263 mph). [13] The TSR-GT also features a more luxury-oriented interior, with leather upholstery in place of bare carbon fiber of previous TSR models and measures to reduce cabin noise. [14]
The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren is a grand tourer jointly developed by German automotive manufacturer Mercedes-Benz and British automobile manufacturer McLaren Automotive and sold from 2003 to 2010. When the car was developed, Mercedes-Benz owned 40 per cent of the McLaren Group and the car was produced in conjunction between the two companies. The "SLR" name is an abbreviation for "Sport Leicht Rennsport", and was a homage to the Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR which served as the car's inspiration. The car was offered in coupé, roadster and speedster bodystyles, with the latter being a limited edition model.

The Aston Martin Vantage is a series of hand-built sports cars from the British automotive manufacturer Aston Martin. Aston Martin has previously used the "Vantage" name on high-performance variants of their existing GT models, notably on the Virage-based car of the 1990s. The modern car, in contrast, is the leanest and most agile car in Aston's lineup. As such, it is intended as a more focused model to reach out to potential buyers of cars such as the Porsche 911 as well as the exotic sports and GT cars with which Aston Martins traditionally compete.
The SSC Ultimate Aero is a mid-engined sports car that was produced by SSC North America from 2004 until 2013. The SSC Ultimate Aero held the world production car speed record title, according to the Guinness World Records, from 2007 until the introduction of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport in 2010. In April 2013, the Guinness World Records temporarily disqualified the Veyron's record time for a period of five days due to concerns about electronic speed limiting changing the function of the car, but after investigation reinstated the Veyron as the record holder.

The Lotus Evora is a sports car produced by the British company Lotus. The car, which was developed under the project name Project Eagle, was launched on 22 July 2008 at the British International Motor Show. The Evora S was launched in 2010 with a supercharged 3.5-litre V6. A facelifted and more powerful Evora 400 model was unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, followed by another more powerful variant, the Evora GT430, which was unveiled in 2017.
Zenvo Automotive A/S is a Danish supercar manufacturer located in Præstø on the Danish Island of Zealand. Co-founded in 2007 by Jesper Jensen and Troels Vollertsen, the company ran under the name Nordic Sports Car A/S until 2009 when the company was rebranded to Zenvo Automotive to tie in the reveal of the ST1. In June 2018 the company was sold to Czech investors, based in Prague. The name 'Zenvo' is derived from a combination of the last three and first two letters in Vollertsen's last name.
The Jaguar XK is the second and final generation of the Jaguar XK 2+2 grand tourer manufactured and marketed by British automobile manufacturer Jaguar Cars under the X150 internal designation. The three-door fastback coupé debuted at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show with the 4.2-litre V8 engine of its predecessor, and the two-door convertible debuted in 2006 at the North American International Auto Show.

The McLaren 650S is a British sports car designed and manufactured by British automobile manufacturer McLaren Automotive. It was announced in February 2014 as a new model, but based on the existing MP4-12C with 25% new parts, and was formally unveiled at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
The Mercedes-AMG GT is a series of 2-door grand tourers produced by German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-AMG. The car was introduced on 9 September 2014 and was officially unveiled to the public in October 2014 at the Paris Motor Show. While not directly replacing the SLS AMG, it is the second sports car developed entirely in-house by Mercedes-AMG. The Mercedes-AMG GT went on sale in two variants in March 2015, while a GT3 racing variant of the car was introduced in 2015. A high performance variant called the GT R was introduced in 2016. A GT4 racing variant, targeted at semi-professional drivers and based on the GT R variant, was introduced in 2017. In 2021, a new variant called the AMG GT Black Series was released. All variants are assembled at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Sindelfingen, Germany.

The Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé is an executive car (E-segment) introduced in 2018 by Mercedes-AMG. It is marketed as a five-door variant of the AMG GT two-door sports car. Despite the name and style, the GT 4-Door Coupé is closely related to E63 wagon with its performance chassis, and is featured by the AMG-specific rear frame and a different front axle for better kinematics.
The Alpina B3 (E90) and Alpina D3 (E90) are a series of high performance compact executive cars manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Alpina from 2007 to 2013. Based on the BMW 3 Series (E90), the B3 and D3 were available in coupé, saloon, convertible and station wagon body styles. The B3 was officially unveiled at the 2007 Geneva Motor Show.
The Audi R8 is the first generation of the R8 sports car developed and manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Audi. Conceived in 2003 in concept form, the R8 was put into production in June 2006. The Type 42 is based on the Lamborghini Gallardo and shares its chassis and engine. Audi's parent company Volkswagen Group owns Lamborghini as well and components of both of the cars were shared mainly to save development costs. Production of the Type 42 ended in August 2015, following the introduction of the Type 4S at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show which was based on an entirely new platform.
