Peninsula Township, locally known as The Peninsula, is a civil township of Grand Traverse County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2010 census, the township population was 5,433, up from 5,265 at the 2000 census. The township is coterminous with the Old Mission Peninsula, which projects into the Grand Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan. The Old Mission Point Lighthouse is located at the northern end of the peninsula. The peninsula is included in the Old Mission Peninsula AVA, an American Viticultural Area known for its Michigan wine. The Grand Traverse region has two of Michigan's four federally recognized wine growing areas.

Villanueva del Trabuco is a town and municipality in the province of Málaga, part of the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It is situated in the northeast of the province. Villanueva del Trabuco is located in the comarca of Nororma. The municipality is situated approximately 45 kilometres from the provincial capital of Málaga and 34 from Antequera. It has a population of approximately 5,000 residents. The natives are called Trabuqueños. Local legend has it that the town is named after a type of early gun called a Trabuco, which was in common usage in the area many years ago.
The Old Campus District, University of South Carolina, is a historic district centered on The Horseshoe on the main campus of the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.
