InterContinental Kuwait Downtown

The InterContinental Kuwait Downtown is an InterContinental hotel under construction in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Scheduled for completion in early 2015, it is located in close proximity to the government and business centre of the city. The hotel will contain 200 rooms: 120 king rooms, 60 twin rooms and 20 deluxe suites. It will have conference facilities and a banquet hall covering over 600 square metres (6,500 sq ft). [1]

The InterContinental Miami is a hotel in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. Located on Biscayne Bay, the hotel is in the form of a 35-story tower on the eastern edge of downtown in Bayfront Park. The address is 100 Chopin Plaza. The building is 122 m (366 ft) tall, has 35 stories, and was built in 1982. There are 641 guest rooms. Before the hotel was owned by InterContinental, it was known as Pavion Hotel. Designed in 1982 by noted architect Pietro Belluschi. The hotel's exterior, porte cochere and lobby were redesigned by architect Thomas Roszak, of Lohan Anderson + Roszak in 2012.
