Greenbrier County is a county in the U.S. state of West Virginia. As of the 2020 census, the population was 32,977. Its county seat is Lewisburg. The county was formed in 1778 from Botetourt and Montgomery counties in Virginia.

It was built in 1820, and is a two-story, brick meeting house building with Greek Revival style design elements. It originally measures 58 feet long by 47 feet wide. In 1835, a vestibule addition added 10 feet to the length. The interior features a "slave gallery." During the Battle of Lewisburg, a cannonball struck the southwest corner and the repairs remain visible.

Tabor Baptist Church, also known as Big Levels Baptist Church, Lewisburg Baptist Church, and Mount Tabor Church, is a historic Baptist church at Court and Foster Streets in Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. It was built in 1832, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, brick meeting house building with Gothic style design elements. It measures 36 feet long by 40 feet wide and sits on a thick limestone foundation. It features a 10 feet by 16 feet frame tower, topped with an octagonal cap and belfry.

Stone Manse is a historic manse located near Caldwell, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. It was built in 1796, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, gable roofed, Federal style dwelling. It was built using brown, red, and gray stones from the nearby Greenbrier River. A wood-frame addition was completed in 1833. The house served as the first manse of the Old Stone Presbyterian Church in Lewisburg and was originally the home of Reverend Benjamin Porter Grigsby, the congregation's second minister.

The John A. North House is a historic house museum and archives located in Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. Currently, the North House is Greenbrier County's only historic house museum. Since 1976, The Greenbrier Historical Society has operated within the North House, and in 1992 the North House was officially purchased by the Greenbrier Historical Society. In 1992, the home officially became known as "North House Museum, Greenbrier Historical Society."
Stuart Manor is a private historic home located near Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The manor house was built in 1789. It is a long and low, two-story limestone building. It features thick gray walls and has a fort-like appearance. A two-story stone wing was added later, as were a number of frame additions. It features a verandah along two sides of the older wing. Also on the property is a one-room stone building built in 1778 and served as the county clerk's office for many years. The manor was home to Colonel John Stuart, considered the "Founder and Father of Greenbrier County." In 1884, "Gov." Samuel Price was interred in the Stuart Burying Ground.
Tuscawilla, also known as Knight Farm and Edward Dana Knight Farm, is a historic home located near Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. It was built in 1844, and is an "L"-shaped brick house with a 5-bay front facing west. The facade has both Federal and Neo-Classical design elements. It features a one-story portico with modified Doric order columns centered at the front elevation. Several additions were made to the house after 1920.
The James Withrow House, also known as the John Montgomery House and Montwell, is a historic home located in Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. It is the oldest brick house still standing in the town.
Supreme Court Library Building, now known as Greenbrier County Library and Museum, is a historic library building located at Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. It was built in 1834, and is a two-story building built of locally fired brick. It was constructed to serve as a law library and study for the Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. This was leased to the State of Virginia until the court sessions ended in 1864. During the American Civil War, it served as a military hospital. Inside the building, there is graffiti left by recovering soldiers. It was then occupied as a Masonic lodge until acquired by the Greenbrier College. In 1935, the college deeded it to the town for use by the Greenbrier County Library and Museum. Currently, the building is used as a library by the New River Community and Technical College.

Tuckwiller Tavern, also known as Valley View Stock Farm, Inc. and Wilson Farm, is a historic tavern located at Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. It was built between 1826 and 1828, and is a large, two-story rectangular brick building with a one-story ell in an early rusticated Greek Revival style. It sits on a fieldstone foundation and features a portico supported by four massive, white wooden columns. Also on the property is a brick smokehouse. During the American Civil War, it was used as a headquarters and barracks in 1864 by Union General David Hunter.
Alderson Historic District is a national historic district located at Alderson, Greenbrier County and Monroe County, West Virginia. The district encompasses 196 contributing buildings and three contributing sites located in the commercial district and surrounding residential section. They are predominantly 19th and early 20th century frame detached residences and masonry commercial buildings including notable examples of the Federal, Greek Revival, and Queen Anne styles. Notable buildings include the Woodson Mohler Grocery building, Johnson and Gwinn warehouse, Greenbrier Mill, First National Bank building, Alderson's Store, Chesapeake and Ohio depot, U.S. Post Office, and the City Hall (1939). The Alderson Ferry Site is for the ferry established 1789. Located in the district is the separately listed Alderson Bridge.

The district encompasses six contributing buildings, all single family residences. They are stylistically "worker's houses" of the type that are to be seen in many coal and timber company towns throughout West Virginia. They are one and two story frame dwellings with gable or hipped roofs, built about 1900.
South Church Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The district encompasses six contributing buildings, including three single family residences built between 1908 and 1918. They are representative of the Queen Anne and Bungalow styles. Each of the houses has a contributing garage on the property.
Helvetia Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Helvetia, Randolph County, West Virginia. It encompasses 26 contributing buildings in the village center. Some of the buildings date to the original settlement period in 1869–1870, when they were built of log construction. Later 19th-century and early-20th century buildings are of frame construction, with a number in the Carpenter Gothic style. Notable buildings include The Church (1882), Huber Inn, Post Office and Store / house (1920s), the log Swiss Museum, Star Band Hall, Cheese Haus, an original cabin (1870), Helvetia Community Hall (1939), and Rudolph's Carpenter Shop.
