The Malaysia International is an open international badminton tournament in Malaysia established since 1997. This tournament also known as Malaysia Satellite, Malaysia Asian Satellite, and Malaysia International Challenge. [1] This tournament has classified as BWF International Challenge tournament since Badminton World Federation (BWF) introduced in 2007. [2] [3] Other tournaments held in Malaysia with higher level and prize money are named Malaysia Masters and Malaysia Open.

The Swedish Open is an open badminton tournament that is annually held since 2018, previously from 1956 to 2000 after which the organizer, Svenska Badmintonförbundet, could no longer find a suitable sponsor. To some extent it has been replaced by the Swedish International Stockholm tournament.
The Malaysia Open is an annual badminton tournament that has been held since 1937. It has been played in various locations such as Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Penang, Selangor, and Kuantan.
The Korea Open is an annual badminton event that is commonly held in Seoul, South Korea. The tournament used to be known as Korea Open Super Series because it became one of the BWF Super Series tournaments beginning with 2007. BWF categorised Korea Open as one of the seven BWF World Tour Super 500 events in the BWF events structure since 2018.
The China Masters, formerly known as Fuzhou China Open, is an annual badminton tournament held in China. It became part of the BWF Super Series tournaments in 2007. In 2014 the level of the tournament was downgraded to BWF Grand Prix Gold because, although China bid in the autumn of 2012 to continue to host 2 BWF Super Series tournaments, the Changzhou bid was unsuccessful and the China Masters was replaced for the 2014–2017 Superseries cycle by the Australian Open. In 2018, the tournament became a part of World Tour Grade 2 Level 3 tournament and acquire its current name. From 2023 onwards, this will be held in Shenzhen, and its name will be changed back to its former name, China Masters.
The Arctic Open, is an international open badminton tournament held in Finland since 1990. It was halted in 1994, 1995, and between 1997 and 2001. In 2013, it was held for the fourth time in the Energia Areena in Vantaa. In 2014, the second international tournament in Finland launched as Finnish International, then this tournament changed its title to Finnish Open. From 2023 onwards, this will be a BWF World Tour Super 500 tournament, titled Arctic Open.
The Australian Open in badminton, is an international open held in Australia. In 2011, it was upgraded to a Grand Prix Gold level event. Between 2014 and 2017, the Australian Open was promoted to a Super Series event. From 2018 to 2022, it is a Super 300 event of the BWF World Tour. From 2023 onwards, this will be a Super 500 tournament.

The India Open is an annual badminton event which has been held in India since 2008 and is a BWF World Tour Super 750 international badminton tournament. Its first three editions were designated as Grand Prix Gold events. In 2011, it was upgraded to the BWF Superseries tournament. Since then until 2019, it was held annually at the Siri Fort Sports Complex, New Delhi. BWF categorised India Open as one of the seven BWF World Tour Super 500 events as per new BWF events structure since 2018. The India Open was upgraded to a BWF World Tour Super 750 event, effective from 2023.
The Indonesia International is an international badminton tournament, which is held annually in Indonesia since 1997. It is organized by the Badminton Association of Indonesia. Since 2007, it is graded as the International Challenge, which are level 4 badminton tournaments. Since 2014, there are two different level 4 tournament: International Challenge and International Series which held in two different cities.
The Giraldilla International is the name of an international badminton tournament, which is organized as an open championship of Cuba. The competition is held annually since 2000 and is now a young supraregional Badminton Championship. The organizer was the Cuban Badminton Association in cooperation with the Badminton Pan Am continental federation.
The Peru International or Peru Challenge is an open international badminton tournament in Peru. It was the highest international championships in Peru. The tournament has been an International Challenge level since 2009. Another tournament named Peru International Series for the second grade tournament in Peru which was established in 2015.
The Vietnam International, formerly Vietnam Satellite and Hanoi International, is an international badminton tournament held in Vietnam. This tournament has been an International Challenge level since 2008. Another tournament named Vietnam International Series established in 2014, and Vietnam Open established in 1996.
The Dutch International is an open international badminton tournament held in the Netherlands. The tournament annually held in Wateringen and organized by the VELO badminton since 2000. The Dutch International is a part of the European Badminton Circuit and graded as BWF International Series level. This tournament is the second largest badminton event in the Netherlands with a total price money of $10.000.
Bahrain International Series is an open international badminton tournament in Bahrain presented by the Bahrain Badminton and Squash Federation, and sanctioned by Badminton World Federation and Badminton Asia. This tournament has been a BWF International Series level, and a part of Bahrain International Badminton Festival. The Mongolia international or Mongolia Satellite is an open international badminton tournament in Mongolia organised by the Mongolian Badminton Association, sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation and Badminton Asia. This tournament established since 2005, and has been an International Series level since 2007. In 2019, it was promoted to International Challenge level.
The Lagos International also known as Lagos International Badminton Classics is an annual open international badminton tournament held in Lagos, Nigeria. This tournament established since 2014, organized by the Lagos State Badminton Association (LSBA) and Badminton Federation of Nigeria. The tournament sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) and Badminton Confederation of Africa (BCA), and has grade as BWF International Challenge level with the total prize money $15,000. The classics is expected to help Nigerian players to improve their world ranking as well as play against some of the top rated players in the world, and it is also an opportunity to showcase the positive side of Lagos and Nigeria. It is also an intervention programme of the Lagos State Government, it is a series of international open sporting events geared towards attracting the best continental and global sports talents to the shores of the region. The Lagos State Government believes that the tournament is part of series of international sports events that will bring world stars to the state.
